Even though it was raining, we were able to relax indoors. I highly recommend it for families and friends looking to have a lively time together.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! It truly exceeded all our expectations and provided the perfect setting for our family getaway. From the moment we arrived, the caretaker's service was truly exceptional. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their warmth and professionalism made a huge difference. The house itself was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained. It was clear that great care is taken to ensure the comfort and hygiene of the guests. As a whole-house rental with three spacious bedrooms, it was perfectly suited for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. One of the major conveniences was the fully equipped kitchen. It had every single cooking utensil and appliance we could possibly need, which made preparing meals for the family easy and enjoyable.

The location of the house is fantastic 👍 Clean and tidy. A lovely foreign lady patiently explained how to use everything in the house upon check-in. I especially loved the large floor-to-ceiling windows with their unobstructed views. I would definitely stay here again next time.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and the chalet matched the photos. However, I’d rate it 3.5 stars due to poor value for the peak-season price. Check-in instructions were unclear, leaving us to search for our villa in the cold. There were no manuals for the heater, boiler, or washer, and the boiler kept turning off unexpectedly. The concierge was attentive, but these issues dampened the experience. These manuals / improvements / attention to detail should be easy fixes for the management company, but a major oversight for a company that prides itself on hospitality.
