The food was another highlight — every meal was a gourmet experience, beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. The quality, creativity and attention to detail in the cuisine were truly on another level. A very special thank you to Mr Ma, the General Manager, who personally brought us on an evening walk along a route behind the hotel towards Qingyin Temple — a path only locals would know. Along the way, he shared fascinating stories about Emeishan. It was such a personal and memorable experience. Zoland isn’t simply a beautiful hotel nestled in the mountains — it is the people and their genuine hospitality that make it extraordinary. The combination of serene surroundings, exceptional cuisine, impeccable butler service and incredibly warm hospitality makes this one of those rare stays that you remember long after you leave. A huge thank you to Mr Ma and the entire Zoland team for making our stay so memorable. We came for the beauty and tranquillity of Emeishan, but we left completely won over by the hospitality. Our stay at Emei Utopia Resort was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The restaurant served some of the best food we had during our trip. Breakfast was delicious, and the combination of the breathtaking mountain views, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings made dining an unforgettable experience. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Xiao Bao, who went above and beyond to make our visit seamless. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. She even helped us arrange transportation to Leshan and assisted us with every detail we needed, making our trip completely stress-free. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with incredible food, stunning scenery, and genuinely exceptional hospitality, I highly recommend Emei Utopia Hentique Resort. We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel facilities are decent, and the environment is quite good, with the window directly facing the 'Famous Mountains of the World' (Tianxia Mingshan). The overall service is also not bad. The high-speed rail station pick-up and drop-off service was especially convenient. However, there were a bit few daily amenities in the room, and even after requesting more, there wasn't much improvement.

This time I stayed at the Hongzhushan Zen Mountain Retreat in Emei Mountain, and the experience was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located, making travel a breeze. Surrounded by dense forest, the air is fresh, making you feel like you're in a forest oxygen bar. The environment is tranquil and elegant. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and responsive. A customer service manager even visited and added me on WeChat, so I could contact them anytime with questions. The rooms were neat and clean, with good facilities, including a private hot spring bath, offering excellent privacy. The breakfast had a rich variety and tasted great. Relaxing in the room with a hot spring bath, accompanied by the forest breeze, was a wonderful overall experience. It's definitely worth another visit!

We stayed here as a family and it exceeded every expectation. The resort is gorgeous, spacious, and genuinely peaceful, and the staff made the whole stay effortless. • Stunning, expansive grounds with swans on the water. It feels like a small paradise rather than a hotel. • So spacious that you never feel crowded. Even with plenty of guests, it is easy to find a quiet corner to yourself. • Wonderfully kind and attentive staff. Every request was met quickly and with a smile. • Generous and varied breakfast spread. • Daily complimentary milk and afternoon tea - a lovely touch that made the days feel unhurried. • Pickup service included, which took all the stress out of arrivals and departures. • Works equally well as a romantic escape for couples and as a nature retreat for families. It is very family oriented, and many of the guests were families with children. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Emeishan who wants comfort, nature, and genuine hospitality in one place.

A summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – ​​the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience. The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!” The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.

Booked the Ocean-themed Family Twin Room for a short trip to Mount Emei with the kids. The entire wall covered in dolphin wallpaper was super dreamy, and the room even came with its own private hot spring tub, which was incredibly relaxing for an evening soak. The room also had a small tent and a shark plush toy, and the bathroom was equipped with a special toilet seat for kids – really thoughtful details. Public facilities were also very complete! There's an indoor heated pool, various sizes of hot spring pools, and a kids' ball pit paradise. The children could play indoors all day long. The hotel's breakfast selection was also very rich, with both Chinese and Western options, plus freshly prepared Emei-style Zajiang rice noodles and regular noodles, catering to different tastes – absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻

Overall, my experience was quite good. If you're heading to Emei Mountain for the Golden Summit or hot springs, or just want to stroll around and enjoy some local food, this Guobin Hotel is a great choice! The location is excellent, and the grounds are expansive with a beautiful lake, perfect for a leisurely walk and enjoying the scenery. Breakfast is included, and the environment and food offerings are in line with its positioning. The hot springs are located in Building Nine; since the resort is so large, there are shuttle services available. The hot springs themselves are quite nice! The room was decent, nothing spectacular, but well-maintained and clean. The service was a definite plus; a dedicated customer manager followed up to provide assistance, and any issues were promptly handled and communicated. It was really good!

Choosing Wyndham was a happy accident. I didn't check reviews or do any research; I simply picked it because of the room size. This was a family trip (2 adults, 2 children), and while typical hotel rooms are around 30 sqm, here they're 50-60 sqm. The spacious room meant the kids had plenty of space to play without feeling cramped. I've stayed in smaller rooms before where just opening a suitcase made it hard to move around. Upon checking in, I was pleasantly surprised. This place feels more like a family-friendly hotel. It boasts three swimming pools, with both heated and regular temperature options. There's even an LED screen by the pool showing cartoons, which is a lifesaver for parents when the kids get tired of swimming. Next, let's talk about breakfast. I'm used to pre-made pastries, but here, the waffles are freshly baked! The moment you cut into them, a rich milky aroma fills the air. They're warm but not scalding, soft and chewy – I just love freshly baked goods. I always save the best for last: a special shout-out to customer service representative Xiao Jia. After checking in, I added her on WeChat. Whether I had a question about how something worked or needed staff to come help combine beds, she always replied instantly. I almost thought I was talking to an AI, even though the front desk seemed quite busy; she must just be incredibly fast. I've rambled on, but in short, I highly recommend this hotel. Oh, and it's also very close to the Huangwan Tourist Center, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel entrance – definitely solo traveler friendly!

Location: Right next to the Baoguo Temple Tourist Center, with plenty of convenient dining and shopping options nearby. Hygiene and Facilities: The room's bedding was pristine white and clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, making it tidy and cozy. Service: A special shout-out to our housekeeper Anna! She provided smiling service from check-in to check-out, answered all our questions, and even proactively helped us plan our hiking routes. So thoughtful! Overall: Excellent value for money, a rare and reassuring choice at the foot of Mount Emei.
