老闆人熱情，小區環境好，房間乾淨整潔，因為個人習慣，所以自備了一次性床品。吃飯方便，小區門口有多家餐館可以選擇，三餐都有。離海近，出小區過馬路就到。唯一不足的就是網絡信號有點弱，網速慢，看電視、視頻有點卡。

房間陽台沒有桌椅，和房間照片不符，讓老闆給拿兩個，還得自己下樓取，最後就拿倆破塑料凳子。
網絡太差，整個樓羣裏手機信號差，房間WIFI也慢，看不了視頻，電視也看不了。
這邊對應的是銀泰海灘，海灘沙子不乾淨，全是碎貝殼，游泳紮腳。
晚上放炮的太多，11、12點還有放炮的，睡眠質量差

酒店老闆很nice，開始訂了一間房，結果當天長者也一起來了。也按攜程價格給安排了。位置在東戴河算是一個繁華地帶，但離老城區要開半個小時。還是自駕來這裏住性價比更高。酒店所在小區有自己的停車場。下午以後一位難求，早上隨便停

先説價格：非節假日來價格非常便宜
住宿環境：這是一家我不考慮用自己床品的民宿，一切都是那麼整潔。孩子説床單被罩還有一股清香。大陽台，觀景很棒，小區內景，海灘外景一覽無餘（見圖）
小區也是荷塘月色，景色安靜怡人。
一次性牙刷，一次性毛巾，洗浴用品齊全
有網絡，可以上網，節省流量
出小區過馬路，就是海灘。小區門口就是排檔（小貴，地溝油烹飪，也可能是我們吃夜宵去的晚，三桶地溝油明晃晃擺在架子上，食物瞬間全無🙈）開車5分鐘到止錨灣沙灘🏖，説心裡話這邊的海，適合吹海風，看海景，玩水。不適合趕海，海洋資源比較匱乏，小螃蟹都沒有🤭
開車十分鐘旁邊村子每逢四九有大集，海鮮超級便宜，龍蝦100-150一衹，扇貝鮑魚蝦相當平價，買回來直接清蒸即可
最後，不得不説一下民宿老闆。這真多評價，三分之一為了他。人特別隨和，中午還給延長了一個小時退房時間，沒有崔我們離開。賓至如歸。

去之前特意買的一次性床單被罩，去了以後看到房間非常的人乾淨，感覺我買的有點多餘了，根本用不上，房間環境很好，躺在床上就能看見大海，感覺是最好的一次東戴河之旅，再來還會住他家，也會推薦給朋友。
