酒店工作人員服務態度都很好，前台也很有耐心，房間都很整潔乾淨，一進房門就感覺很舒服，不愧是維也納連鎖店，這次入住還發現大堂增加了自助茶飲區，很不錯，很方便，酒店越來越好了。

酒店位置自認為還不錯，過湖就是市中心，酒店旁邊是住宅區，小診所、葯店、水果店，超市，飯館、早餐店，洗車店都有，還比較方便的吧。房間的衞生都做得還比較乾淨，床睡着也很舒服，房間內還有洗衣液和洗手液，使用很方便，比較貼心，前台服務也很好，問什麼問題都比較熱情解答和推薦，感受到了隨州人民的熱情。

周邊環境很好，在一條湖旁邊，晚上可以去湖邊散散步，感覺還不錯，酒店設施設備也齊全，前台服務態度挺好的，服務到位，房間也乾淨舒適。整體感覺還不錯。

自駕遊返程途中，選擇在隨州稍作休整，順便游完隨州的景點。酒店給我們很大的驚喜，無論是硬件還是服務，都非常好，房間配置了洗手液啊，洗衣液啊，太棒了。早餐也比較豐富，還貼心地贈送了兩個孩子的早餐。強烈推薦一下[強][強][強]
