The hotel was surprisingly wonderful. I primarily booked based on location and having queen beds rather than double size beds. The bed was very comfortable and the only thing I would suggest is either more comfortable pillows or provide 4 per bed as they are very thin (instead of 3). The rooms are spacious and breakfast was good.

Front desk staff was awesome. Sean and Fredrick ( I think were their names) were so kind and friendly. Always love staying at this hotel chain.

The room was really awesome and the desk came in useful. I loved the firepit out front. They were decorating for Christmas. It looked so nice. Ill stay here on future trips

The location was great and the hotel is nice overall, with a decent breakfast. Housekeeping just needs to double check the rooms, at checked in, we found ice from the previous guests and we needed fresh towels every day, we were always low on towels.

Cleanliness: the common areas are well maintained, but the room is lagging. There were stains all over, pillow, floor, couch, but the worst were on the shower curtain.
Staff and Service: the front-desk is awesome, always striving for the best service and care of the hotel. Can't say the same about housekeeping. we entered a room with barely no toilet paper, no shampoo and body wash in the bottles. I thought it would be take care of during the service, but no. I had to ask for it at the end when the housekeeper was already saying goodbye.

The light features controlled more than one light locations made absolutely no sense. I needed a blanket set for the roll out bed and front desk said they only had a blanket!?? I said please check for a pillow at least so she went back and brought out a bag set for the roll out! Does this place not have blankets? Heater did not work right.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting! I had to change room twice! The first room smelled like poop. The second room, the beds were not made but it was obvious that none of the rooms were properly wiped down. Everything you touched had stains:the table, the bathroom floor, around the toilet, etc. Housekeeping should be fired, along with the night manager who was very irritated with the fact that I needed my room changed. She was also very irritated and rude with me and my child. They also told me that they would provide me with detergent but after all the stores were closed,they finally told me that they didn’t have any. I didn’t bother complaining to the general manager because it’s clear the entire staff does not care! I wouldn’t stay here again for free!

The Hotel has an amazing staff. The Manager is so kind and makes sure you are accommodated.
Mr. Oscar (the receptionist) Customer Service skills are excellent! He made the Check-In process SO easy! He also checked on me because I looked exhausted lol. I needed a remote for my room, he made sure it worked. Please give him a RAISE!
Rooms are spotless, I was very comfortable here and I am VERY particular about my Hotel stays. No complaints at all
