Amazing cultural stay among the historical site of Suzhou! Changyuan 畅圆 is really beautiful and nothing beats experiencing Suzhou than staying within one of the rare classical gardens (园林). Booked the Deluxe Room and loved the privacy and garden view. Absolutely loved the amenities too — from TOTO bathroom fittings to Dyson hairdryer, everything exceeded expectations. Only downside is that it’s pretty far from attractions and it’s quite a walk to the main road. Will be great if you’re looking to stay away from the ccrowd and prefers a more peaceful and quiet location. The staff are warm, friendly and very helpful too, thanks so much 小姚 and 小马!

The hotel also delivers fruits every day, and the fruits delivered during the May Day holiday are better. After 8 pm, three midnight snacks are provided, including tea eggs, white rice porridge, white fungus soup, red bean paste, etc., which are hot. There are also some fruits at the elevator entrance. The attitude of the hotel staff is also very good. In short, I am very satisfied. The only regret is that after I checked out, the hotel called and said that I had left my charger head behind and asked me if I wanted it back. I could pay by SF Express. I couldn't remember which model it was and thought it was a slow charger. More than an hour later, they called and said they had found another data cable. I said that I would send it together with the charger head from the morning. The hotel said that the charger head had been dealt with in the morning.
