帶着父母小孩一起住的躍層套房，上下兩層，房間很大乾淨。酒店設施齊全、地理位置很好，後花園出去就能看到陽澄湖，重元寺 、蓮池湖公園就在附近，遊玩方便。酒店服務很到位及時，因為我們帶着父母小孩，管家張柏時常關心是否需要多加一些水、換洗毛巾用品，我們有需求也很快送來。入住期間體驗很好，值得推薦。

房間很不錯雖然裝修有點老了，但是喜歡這種東南亞風格，酒店內部也很大設施很全出門就是陽澄湖。前台接待很不錯拿到房卡後有小姐姐帶你上樓並幫忙提包，退房還有小禮物給小朋友。唯一不好的是一樓西餐廳的自助小龍蝦晚餐，宣傳的是小龍蝦敞吃，但實際每次都衹拿出來幾小盤衹夠兩三個顧客拿取，排隊六七個客人在排麪等小龍蝦出來十幾分鍾就端出來三小盤，吃個小龍蝦太難掃興，找餐廳經理説他衹負責排麪出餐是廚房管理，那廚師長應該好好培訓工作明顯不到位，後續衹能找總總值班經理去廚房拿一盤龍蝦。自助到八點半結束，七點有很多都空盤了也不續菜了很無語。想説小龍蝦也不值幾個錢288兩位，如果搞不起自助那就請取消不要消費客人遊玩性質。總體來説本來很滿意的一次住店毀在一頓自助餐上。希望酒店領導好好整改，謝謝。
