衞生：真的讓人堪憂啊，入住的時候房間的門是虛掩的，這個到也沒什麼大問題，方便客人入住麼，但是進門後發現馬桶沒沖！！！也不知道是不是有人進來過！床單被罩感覺也不是摺疊的那麼服帖平整！
服務：後來發現床單比較臟，就打算讓客服來更換，哪知道來個人給了一床床單讓鋪上面！！！都沒要求換房了，居然就這麼敷衍了事！實在是不想計較了，第二天就更換了酒店。

多次入住了，來甪直出差就住這裏了，離甪直古鎮幾百米的距離，走着去也比較方便。房間乾淨衞生性價比挺高的！

居然停車充電的話就要自己付停車費，説是電充好了要再開進來，才能免除停車費，事先也不告知一下，店裡的吧枱也不貼個公告或者什麼的，搞得人心情很不爽

住過好多次了，出門就有一個蠻大的超市穿過超市有很多飯店可以吃飯，位置還是不錯滴！地方寬敞，設施也齊全，衞生蠻好的，關鍵這個價位真的超合算。要離開蘇州了，以後應該都不會來了😂這個酒店難得的很，給個好評

一言難盡，牆上都是蟲的屍體，一晚上消滅了12隻蚊子，起碼還有十來衹在活動，半夜3點37分好不容易在蚊子中睡著了，前台打電話過來了嗯是不是退房了，我退你妹啊，好不容易在蚊子叫中睡着又被人為叫起來，早上退房和前台説起遭遇的事情，我説要投訴了，直接來句你投訴去吧。**，怎麼開得下去。不投訴你們天理難容！！！
