Being Valentines Day we had a red wine and dark chocolate we wanted to have. We realized the we didn't have a corkscrew. My husband called the front desk. I don't know her name was but she checked the office, couldn't find one and actually went out to her car and loned us hers. We really appreciate that she went the extra mile.

This convenient property is undergoing a renovation and was full of activity when we stayed. Though our room included breakfast, we were unable to eat as we arrived at the breakfast room at 9:20am. Apparently breakfast stops at 9:00, which seems a bit early. Would stay again.

The woman at the front desk could have been friendlier or somewhat sociable. I’m not sure if we woke her up or she just didn’t want to be there but a ‘Hi!’ would have been nice. Construction going on but I’m sure it will be nice once that’s completed.

Everything was great. The only issue that I have is the air conditioner in the room did not get the room cool enough. Also, There was construction going on in the hotel itself, and due to that going on, there were certain things that weren’t available like the laundry, rooms to which I really needed. Other than that it didn’t necessarily affect me or my room.

Entire place should be closed for renovations. We stayed in a working zone! Laundry closed for reno. Gym closed for reno. Construction paper down the hallways. Ridiculous to be open!

Everything was great here except the shower. The handle and adjus**ent were broken and we could only get very hot water. This is not something that just happened. Staff had to know about it when they cleaned but did nothing. Previous guests had to have known about it because showering was very difficult if not impossible. Front desk suggested we should have called down and they would have switched our room... at 7:00am with no clothes on. Really! So that was their idea of compensation for the dangerous inconvenience. Say no to room 411!
