Das Fenster im Zimmer bringt nichts: Die aircon ist direkt davor und man blickt auf eine ca. 1 m entfernte Mauer eines hohen Gebäudes.

位置便利。房間床墊偏硬是我喜歡的。房間大體乾淨，但是角落、假盆栽上面都是灰塵，細節處不夠到位，房內桌子偏小，不夠放東西。再來是浴室，空間偏小，沒有乾濕分離，沒對外窗也沒排風扇，蓮蓬頭與馬桶靠太近整個都濕答答的。淋浴水龍頭只能調節水量，無法調整溫度，冬天來用可能溫度適中，但是夏天太熱了，會燙皮膚。

2023/08/18(五)入住福美民宿
*位置
離台東市區熱鬧地區都不遠
用步行都還在可接受範圍
如果有腳踏車或機車就超快都能抵達
*四人房型
房間空間算大 但是只有一張小桌子跟兩張高腳椅
沒辦法四人圍在桌子一起吃消夜之類
另外高腳椅也比較無法relax
放內設施如果這部分再改善就更棒了^^
公共設施的部分1樓有門禁挺安全的
頂露也有交誼廳
白天可以看到海 非常漂亮 超級加分
晚上則適合三五好友在這邊chill聊天
下次入住的話 會想早點回民宿佔沙發位置好好耍廢XD

民宿接待的人非常友善
用line聯絡也都回覆的很迅速
也會提醒即將入住等等
整個民宿也都打掃得很清潔衛生!!

入住當天下午快四點收到民宿LINE
提醒今天入住 詢問大約入住時間
並告知
「今天房間浴室天花板有粉刷油漆 味道較重請見諒」
想說應該是浴室還好就沒太多在意
但實際入住一開房門 也可能因為浴室沒對外窗
整間房都是油漆味 的確是蠻不舒服的
需要過段時間鼻子疲勞才會忘記味道= =
這次入住如果沒有這部分會非常完美
如果民宿需要刷油漆
建議可能可以趁當天沒人入住的天數再做

櫃檯小姐姐服務態度很好，如果晚入住提前告知可以自助入住、7樓交誼廳的景很美、可以外面買早餐回來吃、看海吹冷氣吃早點，房間很乾淨舒適

七樓空間舒適，也有貼心的飲水機還有茶包可以使用，風景真的能讓人感到心曠神怡。
房間中規中矩，洗澡水壓大，床有彈性偏硬，睡得很舒適。
