Unfortunately, this motel wasn't very clean. The pillows had sweat stained linen (hard to photograph) dirty finger prints, old stale milk left in the fridge with greese black fingerprints. Tired and worn decor. $260 for the night. The gardens are unkept too. Such a shame as photos look great.

We confirmed an accessible unit, on arrival we got a NON accessible unit. The unit was tired and smelt musty. There were long cobwebs in the bedroom, hanging from the ceiling, the TV remote and the bedroom clock did not work. A very noisy air conditioner (grateful there was an air conditioner). The continental breakfast was very nice and was plentiful.

A great hotel that is quiet tidy and had everything i needed for my stay.
I stay in Hawera a lot and this is one ofvthe better motels in town.

Outstanding motel, so quit, clean and comfortable! Brilliant location, awesome service! Had out hot rod on show over the road at the TSB Hub, was an easy walk there and back, room was so quiet and clean, shower had amazing pressure!

Brilliant motel, so clean, comfortable and affordable! The beds were so comfy, rooms are spotless and the amenities first class! Had our hot rod on show over the road at the TSB Hub, this was in easy walking distance, loved it! So incredibly quiet as well, highly rec. to all!

This is my second stay at the Park Motel. It is well appointed, and spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful.

Friendly staff and keen to make sure we had a nice stay. Clean and comfortable all around. Access to laundry was available for a fee, so we didn't end up using.

Fantastic place to stay. Very quiet, comfortable bed and everything thought of from phone charger to daily milk, even cookies on arrival. Highly recommended.
