Days Inn by Wyndham Ridgefield NJ

The hotel room really let me down with the condition. Also, there was no heating system that I stayed in the room very cold temp. I just say, I’m not staying at the hotel again.

Staff was courteous and friendly. My bed was comfortable for a good night sleep. Room was cozy and clean.

I reserved a 2 night stay. Upon waking up after the first night and leaving my room for the day, I came back that evening to find someone had been in the room to empty trash and make the bed. Sounds great and all, however, I did not request that and I found it to be very uncomfortable. I expressed this to the front staff and it appeared this was common practice. Whaaaaaat?!

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating providing warm and attentive service throughout our stay. The check in process was smooth and efficient.

It was dirty, night clerk wouldnt speak to me, was pn the phone the whole tome. Just gave me a piece of paper to sogn. Unplugged my ev from the socket. Why does the hotel have sockets if not for thd guests to use? No coffe starion in the room.

Staff definitely needs to be retrained on customer service and interaction skills.

I didn’t stay at this hotel because a lady call me hours before check in to tell me that I needed to pay or they would cancel my reservation. I don’t give my credit card over the phone to anyone so they cancel and I had to drive 4.5 hours back hone to Virginia

The bathroom was cold even though rhey had some warming light in there. But other than that the hotel was clean and neat.

Everything went well. No complaints. Well priced hotel at a convenient location.
