It rained while we were there which meant we walked into the room with wet shoes and tracked dirt on the floor while unloading the car. White socks didn't stay white after walking across the floor.

Good size frig, beds comfy, good tv. Next to I75. 4 miles to The Villages and all that the nightlife at Brownwood. Good breakfast for free. S&B.

This is a truckers motel. Super loud truck engine noise all night. Truckers tend to talk extra loud and slam doors. The staff were very nice and helpful. They have done some remodeling of floors but the bathrooms need updating. My room had a big greasy food smell which was annoying. The breakfast is OK. Did not use pool. It was convenient to The Villages. Affordable price.

This motel is in the middle or a huge Florida truck stop right of the Florida Turnpike.. so the idling trucks are a factor, room was neat and clean, walked to the IHOP for breakfast.
Unfortunately it was SuperBowl Sunday and the TV did not work..

We had to go back to the desk to have them jimmy the door to open it, but then it opened everytime. The rooms were very worn looking with new, cheap vinyl plank flooring. The neighbors were VERY loud and yelled at each other most of the night. I remember when Days Inns used to be nice hotels for middle class travelers.

The property was run down, a junk truck in front of our room to ahead and even used for several years broken Windows.
I definitely would not stay there again

The staff were very nice and very helpful. There was many Inconsiderate people leaving their cigarette butts everywhere. The people next door were very loud in the night with their voices and TV.
