Hotel was nice and new, check in was easy. The front desk was helpful at pointing out things around the property. She didn’t mention the hot tub was out of order, if we would have known at check in we wouldn’t have stayed. That was the whole reason we decided to stay there originally was because they had a hot tub. Water bottles in the room were $2 a piece, just didn’t seem very accommodating to guests. Room had stains on the ceiling, we probably won’t be staying again.

The overall stay was really good. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and nice. However, the beds and pillows are hard as rocks and there is no way to hang towels up in the bathroom. Additionally, the barn door in our room sounded like it was breaking every time it was opening and closing.

The room had random hairs in it. The fire alarm was pulled out of the ceiling. There was a metal panel sticking out of the wall. The refrigerator did not work. The request for extra pillows and to ask to have it cleaned never came through. And I was charged 3 times for the room which ended up overdrafting my account and causing fees with my bank. Not happy.

This probably would have been a nice stay if the advertised amenities were actually available. The pool and hot tub were closed for several weeks. The restaurant was suppose to be open for lunch wasn’t. The breakfast was meh.

We had planned for a 8 night stay but the room was not what we expected
The bathroom door was broken and you couldn't close it the mini fridge didn't work it looked like someone had just left the room used the bed was hard as a rock and the in room furniture was the same
The TVs wouldn't load a no signal most of the time several broken items in the room (light switchs,door, dressers, desks
It was very bad the smoke detector was missing in the bedroom with wires hanging down you could see where new spots on the walls were painted
The shower was the most disappointing there was no water pressure and the water temperature would barley get warm so you couldn't even fill clean and very thin walls you could hear everything from other rooms and I mean everything!!!
And last but not least the pool and hot tub was shut down because it was dieing people's hair green
I do have to say that the hotel staff was amazing and all of the house keeping staff worked very hard and were very nice

Very noisy due to a party in the restaurant/bar. Elevators did not always work. Room heater fan made a horrible noise.
