房間雖然有點小但是很乾凈，地理位置優越出門不到100米就是地鐵站，在攜程提前定房非常的優惠，前台也積極的幫忙處理問題，大廳不僅提供熱水還有免費的茶水和梨水對於長者和孩子來説就非常的友好了。很愉快的一次經歷，非常推薦

演唱會期間算性價比很高的了，就是屋子小點，離地鐵口很近很近，但就是裏面沒有梳子，去前台要她説酒店不提供梳子，我説那多少錢（我想着也就幾塊錢那我買一個）然後她又給了我一個一次性梳子？？？看不懂神操作。是不是可以本身不提供但是顧客去要了就直接給一把呢，沒必要多説那句話吧，為了讓我感激涕零嗎😅

房間還是很陳舊的裝修，大堂跟漢庭共用表現出來是富麗堂皇的，房間根本不是這麼一回事。價格也很宰人，提早幾星期訂房就直接鎖死不給退，入住當天查看價格起碼便宜100多塊，而且還有房源，深深感覺被宰了，根本不值得三百多一晚上

服務員都很熱情，客房服務員到房間處理問題都十分及時，衞生做的也很乾凈，酒店環境不錯，客房用品齊全，毛巾被子也都很乾凈，住着很安心不錯的環境，值得推薦的好酒店，服務非常周到！有問題會及時解決。有一點就是國慶房價漲的太離譜😭😭😭😭

該酒店是個掛名酒店，得通過漢庭酒店才能進入。外面沒有任何本酒店的logo，出了天塔地鐵站，我們和本地的外賣小哥一樣，都站街一起找這個酒店😓😓，漢庭大堂中衹有一位男生用一台筆記本電腦辦理入住手續，網絡不穩定，上傳數據都等了很久，沒有主動服務意識，問一句答一句，連早餐券的天數和張數都理算不清，總之體驗感極差，反之衹有負責樓層的服務大姐非常好，網絡不好用，及時聯繫工程部和聯通工作人員迅速處理，每天也把房間整理的乾乾淨淨，為她本人點個贊。請攜程的調研部門看準對方的資質與酒店管理的相關能力，再向平台旅行者推薦比較合適。

酒店就在3號地鐵站天塔站旁邊，很近。這次參加天津馬拉松，選擇這裏很好！住的房間很安靜，對於我們參加馬拉松的人來説，很友好。周圍也有不錯的餐飲店供選擇。
