But the service needs to keep up. The order said that there was a welcome fruit, but it was actually a banana, not one per person, but one for two people. We asked if we could provide a few more bottles of mineral water, but we were told that each person only had one free bottle of water, and the excess needed to pay 3 yuan per bottle. Our four-person suite was nearly 2,000 yuan a night, but the hotel made guests feel uncomfortable with such details. It is recommended to learn from Haidilao's service experience.
