Nice, clean and well facilitated hotel. Great location within walking distance from the beach. Spacious room, even with four. We enjoyed the free tennis in the court outside.
The only downside was the buffet dinner, we would have preferred a simple fresh plate service/a la carte.
Besides this we had a wonderful stay. Would recommend to others and if ever on our route would return again.

Nice breakfast and great facilities for a family with teenagers. Not so easy for people who don't know German as signs and information was only in German. Our sofabed was not made up and towels where missing although we booked for four persons. It was still not done for the evening as they promised. It worked out in the end thanks to the friendly night portier. The bowling area was not so clean. Pool table cues broken.

The hotel is in the final stages of renovation. There is a lot of construction noise, chemical smells, unfinished things. The new rooms are super nice and spacious and have a TV, stable WiFi, safe, fridge, microwave, rainwater shower and lots of space. They do not have: plates, cutlery, magnifying mirror, toothbrush cup. We had a room with a sea view and that was all we wanted. So the stay was fine for us. Overall, however, the hotel does not have a holiday a**osphere. There is a technically advanced breakfast restaurant with a sea view, where they also serve food in the evening. Absolutely fine for breakfast, but in the evening, as is currently the case in the whole hotel, the a**osphere is missing. There is a bar, 2 huge pools, cosmetics and massage. In 2 months the hotel will definitely be quieter. If you just want a nice room with a nice view and accept that the beach and the city are about 13 minutes away on foot, then the hotel is great.

Nettes uns sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Tolles Frühstück, tolles Hotel Ambiente. Das Zimmer war überdurchschnittlich Groß und für 3 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und wurde immer gründlich gereinigt. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch sehr gemütlich Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!

Wir mussten über 2,5 Stunden an der Rezeption auf unser Zimmer warten. Check in 15 Uhr. Wir waren um 15.15 Uhr im Hotel und um 18 Uhr war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig. Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Personal an der Bar war unfreundlich, respektlos und frech. So etwas ist uns noch nie in keinem Hotel passiert. Poolbereich war schön. Frühstück war ok. Aber nichts für uns. Kantinen-Feeling pur. Nichts für jedermann. Wir kommen definitiv nie wieder in dieses Hotel. Es gibt weitaus schönere Hotels.
