Pla Krishna Inn

The rooms are well maintained and quite spacious. Linen and the room are very clean. Restaurant is quite good. Also since it is centrally located ,makes it quite easy to reach different parts of the city. Food is good, especially breakfast. Overall a pleasant and refreshing stay. Would definitely recommend to others

Check in process is smooth.. Friendly staff.. Delicious Complimentary B'fast..Neat and well maintaned rooms.. Good Infotainment.. Easy to travel to any part of the city.. Very close to bus stand and railway station.. Safe stay for families,friends and even for solo travellers.. Keep up the good work..

Overall bad experience. Power was going off with an hour like 3 or 4 times. The water was also being cut purposely. Water was only allowed at certain designated times which is ridiculous. Room amenities were not enough for the amount of people in the room. Staff was good. ***agement need to improve in ***y areas however.

Stayed for 2 days. It is located next to the railway station. Lots of eateries around. Quick room service also. Ample car Parking also. Rooms are very well furnished and well kept. 24 hours hot water available

This is my first stay at this hotel.Infrastructure wise a Good Hotel but Covid seems to have taken a toll. Let me start from first with the Good things.They have a spacious underground Car parking facility.The Check in was ultra smooth n quick and so too the Check out.***y Thanks to Ms.Kanimozhi at the Front Desk.The room was neat n appeared clean and so too the Toilet.The food is Okay to Good.The same holds good for the Buffet Breakfast...not too good but not too bad either. Let me enumerate the problem areas.There seems to be a shortage of staff n this is found everywhere after Covid...this causes delay n longer waiting time.Staff have to be trained better especially in behavioural aspects.Some of them are talking loudly during morning buffet time.A classy hotel will not see this kind of behaviour. The Dining Hall needs some tweaking to be done.The Cloth coverinv the tables are very dirty.There are even house flys on the table and near the food.In these days of infections,this has to be attended to. In general,Rooms n important spaces need to be painted....Things n materials may have to be changed or repaired...these can be done in phases. There is a Main Switch in the room which controlls all the electrical points.This was not mentioned by yhe Bell Boy.Water is leaking in the toilet basin due to some malfunctioning.Some Customerz had complained about the Shower...the Switch is faulty n gives trouble often.Towels given in the rooms need immediate replacement. This hotel is being run by the PLA Group...they are good entrepreneurs who work hard in their businessez.Hope they look into the general n specific complaints of customers. Can understand the problems of those in the Hospitality sector who took a bit of a hit during Covid n Lockdown.This was a once in a century happening n there is bound to be some disruptions but ***y who pay hard earned money to stay in Hotels like this will not come a 2nd time when confronted with these problems n issues. They will care ,service you and your family in a professional way. All will credit to entire hotel team from house keeping to chef and front office. One night I asked for ice cream at 11.30pm the staff went out and bought us . Very humble and down to earth ***gers. Hats of to you people. Just request them anything if they can, they will do it 100٪

I stayed here for the 2nd time.Though there are lot of good things about Krishna Inn,there is a lot which can be improved. My main complaint is about a staff who works in the Restaurant.This person doesnt wear a Uniform n wears only sandals.His body language n ***ners are very bad.He acts like a big dada.When guests are there,he shoutz across instructions loudly to other staff.People like this staff shouldn't work where they have to interact with Customers. Hope the ***agement will look into this,very seriously. Staff like this give a bad impression about the Hotel. Thank You.
