it is spacious and the two beds provided is wide enough. However, it has no tv installed.

We just literally slept there. We checked in at 12mn and checked out 8am Room was very spacious and relaxing. There are convenience stores nearby. Coin parking was also cheap.

Spacious apar**ent in a clean and safe neighborhood. Direct train to and from kansei airport makes it a strong plus.
Lack of front desk support deducted a star but overall communication with staff on site plus WeChat are satisfactory.
Be ware of mosquitos around. Would be good if repellent are provided inside the room.

Stayed for one night at 584. The room was quite nice and clean. It had toothbrushes, toothpaste, towels, bath towels and slippers. It also had a microwave, refrigerator, cooking kettle and tableware.
Self-service check-in, no front desk staff, put the key in the locker at the door and send the password to the mailbox. If there is no water, you can boil water. Japanese toilets seem to be smart toilets. It was quite cold inside the room when we first entered, but it took a while for the air conditioner to reach 30°C before it warmed up.
