Great guesthouse experience! The host was very nice and showed me how everything works. The room is well-decorated and has a gorgeous city view. Also, beside private bathroom, there's personal access to the patio. All in all great place to stay for a few days, definitely recommend.

Beautiful guest house with a lot of amenities. It is really well localized in Cabbagetown, near from streetcars’ stops and a subway station, but also from great restaurants and bars. We really appreciated our stay at Comfy.

From the beginning it was quite difficult to communicate with the host, and always felt like we were bothering him with our questions. The replies were always quite abrupt, on the verge of being rude. Check-in was very slow and long winded (after a long journey all we wanted was a quick check in and use of the bathroom- they were advised of the delay) and were made to feel like ******. Mo friendly chat or even hello by manager when passed in in evening and felt uncomfortable when waiting to use the bathroom early evening while it was being cleaned and the person was having a very loud and unpleasant conversation on the phone. Mattresses were good although the one in the suite our first two nights made a lot of noise when moving on top of the bed noises. It was sufficient enough for just sleeping in but didn’t feel welcome or fully relaxed. Rules seemed to be for some not others….

property manger was very helpful, but I was disappointed with the size of the room, in the photograph it showed a different room, much bigger and nicer looking, so It was deceiving. Some tenants would play loud music late at night.
