La camera ampia comoda e pulita, con vista interna. La colazione eccellente. La posizione ottima in quanto a piedi raggiungevano la spiaggia privata e anche il piccolo borgo di Torre faro dove c'erano tantissimi ristoranti e luoghi di ristorazione. La struttura dell'hotel è molto bella. Meriterebbe però una ristrutturazione. Consigliato

The service was quite poor : It rained one evening and our bath towels were on the balcony drying but got extremely wet from the rain. The next morning when I asked if I could have 2 dry towels as mine were wet, they refused and said they didn't have any to spare. Reminded me of the Seinfeld episode when Elaine wouldn't share her toilet paper. The person who refused to give me 2 bath towels in exchange for my dripping wet ones was the House Keeping Supervisor. For a 4 star hotel, their staff are pretty much in the 2 star category. I'd think before booking even though the photos look inviting.

Worst resort in Sicily. The staff stole 1700 euros from the room. Management did nothing. We were treated badly and no real help was provided. The grandson of the owner and manager of this place is the most arrogant person in town and has a poor attitude towards costumers.

A terrible place. The a/c did not work and they don't bother fixing it. The windows would not shut properly. The staff were terrible and do not care about any customer service.

This hotel is average at best. Its 2 star hotel not four. Think tired rooms, old and worn out facilities. It looks closed from the outside because of the dirt, ****s and rubbish. The breakfast is bad for two reasons, 1. Most things were empty and we arrived at 7:05 and 2. What wasn't empty look old and didn't taste nice. If you set your sites on an average 2 star property you will not be disappointed, and let's face it for £68 for 2 of us you can't really complain. Enjoy your stay.

Posto pessimo....si mangia malissimo. Cibo freddo e non buono. Struttura decadente con stanze non curate. Da evitare come la peste....personale del ristorante non competente. Nessuna nota positiva....evitate di andarci. Ampio parcheggio dichiarato ma inesistente

Siamo venuti per un meeting lavorativo in questa struttura, il giudizio non può essere positivo per una serie di motivi: nella stanza si presentava all'arrivo il bagno sporco, appena usato, e per un 4 stelle è negativo, mi fanno cambiare la camera e anche qui le asciugamani non erano al top, ma per una notte ho lasciato stare. Cena nella norma ma personale non proprio gentile, la colazione si presentava con un tavolo pieno di prodotti molto approssimativi e una varietà non proprio ottimale, per giunta i cappuccini e i caffè ne potevi prendere solo uno dalle automatiche che fanno tutto tranne cappuccini e caffè, ripeto in un 3 stelle potrebbe anche essere normale, ma se tu metti 4 stelle, no. In camera non esisteva nemmeno il kit cortesia, potrebbe avere delle grosse potenzialità ma servirebbe un pò un restyling e una cura maggiore! Speriamo sarà fatto...

L’hotel comodo e pulito si trova situato vicino a dei laghetti naturali tra il mar Tirreno e lo stretto di Messina e in lontananza Reggio Calabria. Un posto davvero unico. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti usufruendo anche della cucina rimanendo sorpresi dalla varietà sia della colazione che della cena. Ci ritornerò sicuramente
