Easy to find & access straight forward breakfast is extra but definitely worth it book the night before for breakfast

This hotel is very disorganised. There is no reception so you are left alone when something doesn’t work. We stayed from 10 to 11 July 23. I wrote a review on Booking and mentioned the dusty walls. They deleted my review and replaced it with a fake one. They called me to give me 50% of my money back for deleting my review. I agreed, but they didn’t keep their word and i even couldn’t reach them on phone anymore. Double Cheaters!!!

The hotel is located not far from the historic center and is located in a quiet and safe area (among other things within sight of the police station). Unfortunately, there is a problem with parking, because at the time of our stay the street was under reconstruction, and partly it was a problem to secure parking in the garage, because the only option is to pay for a place in the garage in advance by transferring money from the account, which is not possible if you decide to stay shortly before arrival. The hotel also does not have a reception, so it is a problem to get some help on site. However, the rooms are nicely and modernly equipped, just the mattresses could be more comfortable. Best of all are the breakfasts, which are served in the bar downstairs.

I expected more. Place without the feeling and atmosphere. Apartament was clean. Breakfast was just regular with only Black coffee ....not the best one. No white coffee served. You have to pay for flat white. Staff was not helpful and friendly. Not even smiley and polite. Seriously...IT could be a better place when You change some breakfast rules and train the staff how to upsale and be just nicer while working. L.
