Was a nice refurbished hotel. Some nice eateries real close by. It’s right off I 81 which made it very convenient. Staff was very helpful and nice. Hot breakfast worked out well.

The hotel is very new, with new equipment, clean and tidy; it is the most comfortable hotel we have stayed in these days;
Breakfast is provided, which is simple but enough to make you full; there is free parking;
It took more than half an hour to confirm the check-in that day. Later, the front desk specially offered water and potato chips to apologize.

The front desk service rep Sarah was amazing ! Very freindly and eager to help. The woman who did the breakfast buffet was fantastic ! Clean fresh and plentiful! Both ladies went above and beyond making our stay pleasurable

There are not enough luggage carts. We and others had to wait in the lobby for others to return the only 2 carts here at the hotel.

Very clean, comfortable, many amenities. Microwave, good sized fridge in room, clean new bathtub, indoor pool, really nice staff. Breakfast standard hotel fare. Could have used some towel racks in the bathroom and next to the sink.

I stayed the night at Comfort Inn and Suites in Troutville/Roanoke and from the time I checked in, till the time I checked out I had a great experience. AND Ernie....I can talk about Ernie all day! What a phenomenal staff member. He is a absolutely sweet heart! The most caring friendly host I've ever met in my years of staying in hotels. My room was clean, beautiful, and had everything I needed. And the bed and bedding was very comfortable. I'll definitely be staying there again on my travels.

The pool was disapointing, it did not feel safe.
We picked a studio room to stretch out a little but the couch had no support.

I don’t stay at a lot of hotels but this is definitely the best one I’ve stayed at in several years. Everything was perfect. Clean, staff was nice, breakfast was good. No complaints from me!
