1，訂了大床，臨時變成了圓形電競房，但是看前台及時聯繫攜程，到了酒店前台後客服態度也很好，所以我們也不介意，同意了；
2，退房忘帶衣服是我們自己的問題。昨晚上打了電話，告知房間號，具體落了什麼東西；早上也打了電話詢問情況，然後過很久加了我微信回覆直接説沒有。在質問阿姨打掃衞生時怎麼會沒有看到的時候又回覆説再問問，然後又問了一遍房間號。即使換了客服人員，前面的客服沒有做記錄？沒有查就可以直接説沒有？住過很多不同類型的酒店，如果有遺漏東西，在查房退房時就會被告知；即使離開酒店也會給我電話告知。
3，綜上兩個事情，説明酒店管理還有很多不到位的地方，沒有房間卻能夠平台直接訂購；顧客離店就不會有任何延續的服務。
