Very kind stuff and nice, pleasant atmosphere. The hotel is “old-style 80ies” still very cosy, clean and pleasant. It is directly on the slope, which is great adventage. We had breakfast and dinner included in price and the food was good and enough options to choose from.

Very good for family with kids. Well equipped with nice pool and spa. Spacious and convenient ski room with ski in/out access (some 100 meters walking needed). Hote is very clean. Breakfast is very rich but dinner meals are sometimes just average quality, but overall ok. Mattresses might need replacement as they are on the soft side leaning towards edge of the bed. The area is very nice with lots of bluse slopes for beginner but some nice reds for advanced skiers. The village has limited dining opportunities but when having half-board it is no problem. I’ve been there 3 times and will come again:)

A great sensual and visual experience of a part of Austria that I did not know. colors of the flora sounds of the woods. But above all the noise of the wind ( sometimes to much intrusive in this days)

I stayed for a week with my family and it was a very nice experience. The place is nice, lots of nice walking in the area and lots of place where to eat typical food and enjoy the mountain life. The hotel is comfortable with lot of services very appreciate for kids and the whole family. Everyone is nice and willing to help. The view from the restaurant and from the pool is breathtaking. It seemed time passed slower and everything was just simple and easy. A good relaxing holiday

The hotel is very nice with very clean rooms and wellness. Great equipment of wellness. But food is terrible for hotel with 4 stars, it should be on much higher level. Breakfast is quite ok, but dinner is horrible. It seems like they just unfroze frozen meals and add so much salt.

This hotel is advertising for a massage even for not Hegel guests, so we made a reservation for the family. Unfortunately once we were at the hotel the refused to carry out the booked message as I have psoriasis. From a qualified masseur you might expect that they are familiar with this disorder and know that this is not contagious.

Das Hotel wirkt von außen, als wäre es in den 1980er stehen geblieben. Ein Betonbunker! Die Auffahrt würde bereits einiges an Sanierung benötigen. Wenn man das Hotel betritt fällt einem sofort der alte Teppich und der alte Style auf. Ebenso sind die Aufzüge nicht der Zeit entsprechend. Die Zimmer sind teilweise modern ausgestattet - einzig die Badezimmer sind sehr klein. Das Personal war bei uns sehr unflexibel! Als ich an der Rezeption um 10 Uhr vormittags nach einer Cola gefragt habe, wurde mir lapidar mitgeteilt, dass die Bar erst um 14 Uhr öffnet. Weiters gibt es keine Möglichkeit ein Zimmer nur auf frühstücks basis zu buchen. Es gibt ausschließlich Halbpension. Über die Qualität der Menüs kann ich keine Auskunft geben, da wir nicht Abendessen waren! Ebenso kann ich über den Spa Bereich und den Angeboten keine Auskunft geben, da wir diese nicht benutzt haben. Die Krönung meiner Meinung nach sind die Parkplatzkosten von 10 Euro pro Nacht, sowie der Ernergiezuschlag von 7 Euro! Wofür muss dieser Zuschlag eingezogen werden? Ich weiß, dass wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen werden.

La cena e un po magra. Meglio segliere con colazione solo. La dimensione della porzione è molto piccola. La scelta delle insalate è eccellente. Ma la cena in sé è molto avara. Tutto altro era buono e il staff e molto orofesionale. Parlano anche la tua lingua.
