Oberoi does it again! Although the pictures on the web site look amazing, they do not do justice on how incredible this property actually is. It is stunning! When in India, we always try to stay with Oberoi as the experience from check in to check out is absolutely triple first class! Our 30th anniversary was celebrated in style and the attentive hotel staff always had a reminder for us at hand throughout our memorable stay. Special mentions go out to: Sakshi Singh (intern) - for helping my wife put on her sari on for dinner Akash - for making delicious drinks for us at the lakeside bar Kishan - our boat driver for taking us around the lake at sunset For those looking for an unforgettable stay in Udaipur - this is the one! Thanks Team Oberoi - you are incredible.

Excellent service and amicable staff. Food was of lesser quality than the local competitors and due to new recruits service was quite slow and haphazard. Very nice ambiance in all hotel restaurants. Beautiful upkeep of all gardens. Rooms are spectacular.

Absolutely stunning property with staff that makes sure you have the best possible stay. I would rate this hotel six stars if possible. Anticipate spending at least one whole day at the hotel to take advance of the amenities and beauty. I wish the hotel were closer to home so I could come back.

Wonderful property. Absolute Luxurious. The hospitality is to the core. Staff is so kind and helpful. One Mr bivek took to Toby Room and the way he experienced us is amazing. And My Kaushik took us around the property and showed us each and every single details of the whole area. Explained with details.hats off to his patience and commi**ent to satisfy us. Overall great experience. Wish to visit again.

Mr Prabhu on the Main Entrance Mr Mahesh n Aditya are truly Best at the Chandani Restaurant made our Dining a great Experience.. Simran on Reception .. Hospitality is Beyond Imagination And Best In India !!

The Oberoi was an outstanding end to a couple week trip through Northern India. The level of detail and quality of service is unmatched - easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel grounds are immaculate and it’s the perfect place to relax for a day or just to wind down from a busy day exploring Udaipur. Accessibg the city via taxi/tuk tuk or boat was very easy and arriving to the hotel by boat was an incredibly special way to start our stay.
