The room is large and very clean. There are mainly European and American people staying there. The terrace bar on the top floor is great at night, with dinner and live music. The only drawback is that the slippers in the room are clip-on slippers, which are not very comfortable. Breakfast is a set menu, the coffee is good, and the dishes include Western, Korean and Chinese dishes, which are delicious. Overall, it's a great experience! You can also see Thailand on the other side of the Mekong River!

It is close to the airport and far enough to walk around the tourist area, but the noise from traffic is very loud in rooms along the road. Be sure to avoid staying on the roadside... The biggest drawback is that you can clearly hear conversations in the next room, so be careful at night or when lovers are whispering love...

This hotel need to reestablish the interior from ground up. eventho i moved room … problem are same. coz they dont usually make up room even u request for.. thats why i changed … beside leaking water …. the rest feels da same… i tell u is suite for low budget but same price can live better in bangkok

Excellent hotel, clean, spacious rooms, and fully equipped. The manager provided me with som chai which was very nice indeed. I had a warm welcome and a very pleasant stay. Only snag being a lack to a tennis court at the hotel premises.

The environment here is very beautiful. The hotel architecture and design are very outstanding, full of design style. The lobby is antique and has a lot of charm, which makes people feel very comfortable and pleasant. The hotel service is also very thoughtful. They can meet our requirements in time, which left us a very good impression. It makes people feel very comfortable and relaxed. The staff always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel very kind and warm.

Hotel was clean and well organised with free return bus to airport and breakfast was very basic Chinese based selections but an ok experience. But the location was out of the way, my choice I know, of town and when I asked reception staff to organise a taxi and tuk tuk it took a long time and when 1 did arrive they wanted way too much to take me into city area. I had to negotiate hard to get a reduction to a reasonable price which they accepted.

Check in date : 25th August 2022. Check out date : 26th August 2022. Location : The hotel is conveniently located right at the heart of Vientiane. It is within walking distance to the Hard Rock Cafe Vientiane and there are nice restaurants around. The junction at the end of the road has a convenience store. We booked LOCA car from the airport and it just costs 100,000 LAK. The area is not too busy but it is just near to the main the main road. Within walking distance, tourists can walk to Sisaket and Night Market. But we opt out for the motorcycle. Reception : The recep area is small but nicely decorated with wooden furniture. We arrived around 8am and the well spoken English receptionist welcomed us warmly. She also direct us to the luggage area and we got to keep our luggage before check in time. Before I depart from my home country, I texted the owner about motorcycle rental. The owner kindly replied me and arranged for us the motorcycle rental that only costs 50,000 LAK per day (which is super cheap). When we arrived, the motorcycle was ready. All in all, I felt welcome in the hotel. Room : My room is in the second floor. It has an amazing courtyard view. The room is spacious, the bathroom is big and clean. The AC works very well. The bed are large and comfy. An electric kettle was provided and 2 mineral waters are there for us. The towels are fresh and the wardrobe is big enough for us to store our rucksacks. Around the hotel : It is a very small but well run hotel. The hotel is clean and spotless. The courtyard is very amazing and the resting area gives a very tranquil vibe. There is a limited space motorcycle parking rental. The hotel also seems very quiet and looks like a very good resting/working place. There are no elevator around so disable people had to reconsider booking here or you can opt for ground floor room right in front of the courtyard. We checked out around 6am the next day so we didnt get to try the breakfast. Satisfaction : We are very satisfied with our stay in the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel for tourists.

Room looks new and is clean. Staff is also very friendly and helpful and speak decent english. Food at Tipsy Elephant is amazing, exceeded expectations. What would have been improved - a doorbell would have been helpful especially for room service (with tv on, its hard to hear).

Clean accommodation, new, good overall service, WiFi cannot be used, but there are staff who come to help see and fix the air conditioner, very cool, the mattress is not very soft. If people like a tight mattress, they should like the bathroom very good, the water system is good, the breakfast is good, not a lot, but focus on the quality and taste of fresh salad vegetables, not crowded.
