This hotel is beautiful, the staff are attentive, and the food is amazing. But if you're from the U.S. you may not want to stay here. When we checked in, the hotel's system could not process any of our U.S. credit cards. Not AmEx, nor Visa. We used the cards at restaurants and shops, so we know they work in Chile. Thankfully we had a Chilean credit card so we weren't turned away. When we departed the hotel tried again, and again no credit card from the U.S. would work in their system. The front desk told me this happens often, especially with AmEx. So if you're from the U.S., you could show up and not be able to check in, which could leave you in a bad situation. Other than this critical problem, the hotel is fantastic.

We received a warm greeting from Andersen, had a great check in experience, and the staff in the dining room was wonderful! Our dinner and breakfast buffet were both outstanding. The chef here creates amazing dishes. To top it off, our room had a most beautiful view of the lake. The room and bed were exceptionally comfortable and the balcony added the final touch of perfection. If

Great to have this fantastic hotel and location operational again. You can feel the gigantic work in the reopening and effort to establish one more time a 5 star experience in this area of Chile. The new team is helpful and very profesional. It is by far the best SPA in the area.

The hotel was always good. Now they reopen, after years closed, and they remain in place. The hotel is beautiful and the views are fabulous. I consider that the service is not up to the price. The infrastructure saves it. The swimming pools are very good. I recommend the hotel, but not the restaurant, there are better options, very expensive for what it offers.

We visited Park lake in March/2024 shortly after its last revitalization. The entire structure and location are wonderful! The view of the lake is truly stunning and the breakfast is unforgettable.... But the highlight is the service from the entire team, especially the receptionist Juan, always helpful and very attentive. I recommend and recommend this accommodation in Pucón!

I stayed in the presidential suite, when I arrived it was all messy and dirty. They told me that I could eat and drink whatever I wanted while at the bar, I asked for a mojito and the waiter said that he had to charge me for it, that it was not included in the complimentary drinks. The kitchen in the suite did not have 1 plate, cutlery or glasses. I asked for it to be enabled 2 days in a row and they never brought me anything. I spoke to the hotel manager to complain and she told me that they didn't have the facilities to enable it, so it's just for decoration? I also asked for a baby crib 2 days in a row and they never brought it even though the answer was always "we'll take it right away." Really very poorly prepared and/or trained staff. For those values, there are many better options, never again this hotel.
