Overall very nice hotel. I renewed my reservation online and spoke with the front desk at 6am was advised to renew online and would be all set however was rudely awoken at 11:10am, mind you the check out is at 11am. The front desk agent as well as the cleaning staff were at my door as if I committed an offense and was in the wrong… I wasn’t, she just missed on her check in sheet my reservation was made and had been renewed. She spoke to me very rudely untrusting that I had in fact already spoke with the gentleman working overnight and had already paid. After a few minutes reviewing the papers she brought up she then went downstairs to confirm then called me to go down and sign the reservation again since she had checked me out. No biggie yet the whole point of awaking at 6am to go downstairs and ensure my reservation was all set was so I could sleep being that I work overnights Needless to say I didn’t get much rest. Second gripe the front desk also calls the rooms just to confirm you had a good check in at 7pm this may be fine for all other guests but for me I’m there for one thing…. SLEEP! If I had an issue I would go down or contact them to let them know, seems obvious but realize some guests may like the uninvited check in with the loud phone. To be honest from the strict towing policy, additional hold and less than 15 minute grace period for check out I felt very uninvited.
