The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was good. The room had a bit of a damp smell, but nothing that warranted a room change.

Hotel was much more comfortable than I had expected. It is a little bit older of a property but it was clean and comfortable. And the staff was excellent - at the front desk , the housekeeping service - anyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful

I have stayed here throughout the years because of proximity to campus and the Cotton District. If that’s what you’re in town for, this place has no rival! Now that it’s changed ownership, it’s the same amazing place!
We came on a baseball and basketball trip. We were within easy walking distance for both, and that is so huge. Once the games were over, it was an easy walk to all the different restaurants in the Cotton District and the surrounding areas. Simply amazing not having to worry about parking!
The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is really, really good. And, the location is unrivaled. We love this place!

Staff was great. We had to change rooms two times. First time air unit was out, the second room smelled horrible. Third room was fine but the pullout couch had some kind of horrible green stain on the cover. Thankfully, we still had the key to our original room, so we swapped mattresses. Good breakfast. Great location.

Facilities were a 5. Will stay there again room was nice and clean. The breakfast was not good. The eggs were gritty like they had sand in them. Most of the other food was mediocre.
