place was a **** hole elavater didnt work first room they gave me wasnt cleaned second room they gave me key didnt work 1/2 the time stayed 2 days never came and cleaned room wouldnt stay there ever again even if it was free

The receptionist was competent however my reservation was not as promised. I asked for two rooms side by side on the first floor. They put my son upstairs because the people in the room he was supposed to stay in decided to extend their stay. I feel they should have moved those people to the upstairs room versus voiding my reservation. The pool and hot tub were closed as well as the elevator. There had been a fire and a lightening strike on the elevator memory board. No fault of the hotel manager just annoying for customers.

Little awkward that the vending machines were down. Beyond that nice property, I like the tall ceilings and the tall shower heads

We heard about the fire recently and I am very pleased to say the hotel was looking great. The room was wonderful, breakfast was great. The lady Leandre checked us out was friendly and when I told her we didn’t receive our receipt under the door like we use to she printed me one off without hesitation. The remodel looks great minus the elevator not being fixed and no pool or hot tub. Definitely will come back still.

Hotel was very clean vs what we have been staying in. Breakfast was good. Poor front desk lady Leandra probably tired of me calling for receipts on every stay but she is very sweet and got me what I needed each time I called. Only downfall is no elevator or pool/hot tub

Hotel was great the lady at the front desk Leandra was sweet as can be. Breakfast was great. Only downfall no pool/hot tub area and there isn’t any ac/heat in lobby and dining room. Room was great though

Hotel was great minus the fire alarm going off and the poor girl at the front desk was running around getting everyone out but she was calm for the most part but you could tell in her eyes she was scared. The breakfast was wonderful….fresh coffee everytime I came down for a cup. Staff was polite and hotel smelt clean vs the hotel I stayed at before.

Stacey was very helpful - she was the best part of my stay. At first, I thought .y room looked clean. But after finding about 5 large dead beetles that may have been cockroaches in my room and more throughout the hotel, I was quite grossed out.

It was disappointing to have the fitness center being renovated. I noticed the Wyndham website said it and the pool were unavailable about a month prior to my stay but the statement about the fitness center has been removed, so I expected to find it open. Also the elevator was out of order.
I was not provided a password to the WiFi and no one was at the reception desk each time I tried to ask. The room was clean, but I found a cockroach in the room on my last night which I managed to remove and then another one in my last morning. They need to spray for bugs or not put people
in rooms close to the pool renovation.
