This hotel opened in Dec 2022 and is very new looking and clean.
The staff was great.
We were on the second floor facing the front door and right near the elevator.
We heard noise from the upstairs guests. (Thumping sounds on the floor?) and from next door (voices). Maybe they needed to put in a bit more insulation?
We had no problem sleeping with our usual earplugs in.
The included breakfast was good quality and very fresh. The coffee was great.

Our room was perfectly prepared, everyone was so friendly and helpful! Upon arrival, our room was so clean and housekeeping really took the time to make sure we had plenty of towels, bedding etc. Absolutely wonderful! The front desk clerks were so helpful & friendly. The only thing we didn't like were the breakfast choices. Their choices were too fancy, just bacon/sausage & eggs would have been sufficient.

We were greeted by enthusiastic staff who were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean. We were pleasantly surprised when we were informed of their complimentary breakfast.

Our go-to when visiting daughter in Winters. Now the breakfasts have been a little lacking but other than that it is a quite nice hotel. The staff is always so helping and they always seem happy to see us. Nice feeling.

I enjoyed my stay. The bed was so comfortable. I felt safe. I will stay again. The employee that checked me in was so nice. He was very welcoming and kind.

The hotel is fairly new and modern so it doesn’t have worn out stuff. The rooms are very nice, we enjoyed that part. The staff, especially Luciano who was outstanding, were all very professional, helpful, and accommodating.
A lot of people who are attending weddings stay at this hotel because of the local Park Winters venue. The rooms are missing a full length mirror as well as the usual vanity mirror in the bathroom. Both a huge must for women getting ready for a wedding. Or any other event. We had to go shopping for a vanity mirror and we all used the full length mirror in the hall by the elevator when no one was watching. Those two items in each room would be very helpful.

room didnt come equipped with conditioner or body wash. Lost power during our stay. upstars neighbor was having a loud party. whole floor smelled like cigarettes.

clean, new facility, friendly staff - off the freeway but easy access to get to freeways. Great stop. Felt comfortable as far as parking car- we didn’t worry about the car being parked there. We will
plan to stay again on our next trip.
