The experience of staying at Hilton Joy Inn on Optics Valley Road is truly amazing! From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel its difference. The location of the hotel is very convenient and the surroundings are beautiful. Entering the room, the decoration is warm and elegant, making people feel extra comfortable. The facilities in the room are of excellent quality and easy to use. The service of the hotel is impeccable. Leon, the warm and friendly staff, can always meet the needs of guests in time and make people feel the meticulous care. The food in the restaurant is also full of praise, and every dish is delicious. I enjoyed the high quality accommodation and had a great time here. I highly recommend Hilton Joy Inn Optics Valley Road to all the friends who need accommodation!

I stayed here before and was amazed by the service. This time I stayed again and was even more impressed with the service. Leon at the front desk greeted me with a smile and helped me with everything. Even when I needed to apply for Fapiao after a few days, he still helped me. Amazing hotel with awesome service. Highly recommended.

酒店地理位置很好，地鐵旁邊，出行超方便。酒店Tina服務很棒，提前專門電話瞭解居住要求，免費給做了房間升級。房間也不錯，設施齊全，乾淨且安靜，舒適宜居，值得全五星好評

住的還可以，前台Anne會提前打電話問房間要求，還免費升級了套房，工作人員態度都很友好，大堂晚上的燈光很漂亮，挺滿意的一次出行，值得五星好評！👍

設施：酒店比較新，設施狀態都比較好。
衞生：酒店較新，所以感覺上比較乾淨。
環境：周圍比較成熟了，比較方便，酒店環境也不錯，比普通四鑽的要好一些。
服務：比較好運，免費給我升級了套房，性價比超高。
餐飲：在頂層22樓視野好，早餐也比普通四鑽酒店豐富一些，看上去也衞生一些，不過沒有之前在廣州住的那家歡朋豐富。

附近辦事住了三晚 退房那天希望延遲退房前台工作人員很友好的處理了
可以説是佛祖嶺片區最好的酒店，地鐵站出口走一兩分鐘就能到，樓下是商場，簡單吃飯的地方和超市都有
房間比較寬敞 視野也好
餐廳工作人員都很友善熱情，就是早餐口味有提升空間
