Я знаю эту гостиницу давно, еще когда на первом курсе института проходила там практику, теперь я приезжаю сюда в качестве гостя, и могу с уверенностью сказать, что высокие стандарты обслуживания, уважение к своей истории, теплое отношение к гостям - это то, что остается неизменным в этом замечательном месте. За прошедший год мы останавливались в Европе не менее 3 раз в самые памятные для нас даты - на нашу свадьбу, день рождения мужа, годовщину свадьбы и мой день рождения. Каждый раз мы чувствовали себя максимально комфортно и соответственно уровню гостиницы. 3 раза бронировали террасу и один раз делбкс с видом на площадь Искусств. В чем их принципиальное отличие? Делюкс больше - сама комната и ванная, в отличной от других номеров цветовой гамме - беж и зеленый, гарантирован вид на площадь. Больше особых отличий не заметила. Окно открывается полностью, оно достаточно большое, чтобы полюбоваться видом и сделать красивые фото. Терраса - все номера находятся на 5 этаже и выходят либо на Площадь Искусств, либо на Михайловскую улицу. И хотя со всех сторон открывается красота города, нам достался вид на площадь только один раз, в день нашей свадьбы, сколько раз мы не делали примечания к бронированию, что будем благодарны за номер на эту сторону, к сожалению, больше жить именно с этим видом не довелось) Сам номер меньше делюкса, выдержанный в бежевых или розовых тонах. Ощущается некоторая нехватка пространства и ”воздуха”, но которая с лихвой окупается французскими окнами в пол и возможностью завтракать/обедать и ужинать с панорамным видом на город. Наполнение номера, как шкатулочка - разные бокалы, чашечки, приборы, шикарный набор открыток, ручки, карандашики, блокнотики, хороший фен, все для химчистки. Меню подушек для лббой головы и шеи, которые всегда можно попросить у бэкофиса. Фумигатор!) Есть кофемашина, и чайный набор (отдельный респект за вкуснейший чай ”Althaus”), которые всегда можно пополнить по запросу. Минибар за доп.плату, но выбор широкий - от вкусных сладких и соленых снеков до элитного алкоголя. В ванной комнате широкий выбор косметики неплохой фирмы Elemis, везти что-то с собой нет необходимости - шампуни, кондиционеры, молочко для тела, шетки, расчески, бритвенные наборы, даже соль для ванны. Уборка производится два раза в день: утром и вечером, когда номер готовят ”ко сну”, оставляя шоколадные медальки и пожелания на день. Наборы в ванной пополняются после каждой уборки. Внимание персонала видишь на каждом шагу - от встречи на входе, даже не на входе, а на подъезде к гостиницы, когда к тебе сразу подходят, чтобы открыть дверь и помочь с багажом, до баночки меда и поздравдений с памятными датами на каждой твоем шагу в гостинице. Завтраки - отдельная тема. Мы их ждем каждый раз чуть ли не больше, чем самого проживания в Европе) таких вкусных яиц голландез мы не ели ни на одном из завтраков ни в одном из отелей. We lived in the hotel 8-9 June. We arrived very early in the morning, at 6 a.m. and we were settled immediately. Room 730. Windows in the yard. Very quiet, although the hotel is in the very center of the city. Everything is clean. There is a tea set. A strange solution with champoo, gel and balsam. It is better to pour them into the dosage. And a strange solution with the curtain in the bathroom.... The toilet paper is wet. There is a smooth board in the room. Utig and toothbrushes on request. A chic breakfast. Kashi, omlets, very delicious sausages and quiz cabbage. Breads, cheese, becon, champagne, vegetables, fruit. Fruit is very much. There are peaches, and apples and bananas, peanuts and arbuzas. Yogurts, jams, honey. But! Most important! We asked for a late departure and we were allowed to stay in the room until 6:00, for which the huge gratitude to the hotel staff. So we managed to pay, stay the vertile for a day in fact 2 days) after that, also left for the purse until late in the evening. Thank you very much for the welcoming staff of this hotel. На сайте можно оставить пожелание по поводу кровати (одну большую или две одноместные). 2. Уборка номеров каждый день (что не везде бывает). 3. Самая классная функция- заказ завтрака в номер! Завтрак невероятно вкусный, большое порции и достаточно большой выбор блюд! На ресепшен вы можете оставить свои пожелания к завтраку , к какому времени вам принести. Спасибо повторам, за такой вкусный завтрак! Рисовая каша как из детства! Сервировка тоже на высоте! 4. Расположение. Все в пешей доступности (до всех достопримечательностей города вы можете дойти пешком, тем самым насладиться атмосферой Петербурга) 5. Приятные работники отеля! Единственный и незначительный минус: 1,5 спальное оделяло, но это опять на любителя. Мы с мужем спим под одним большим. Но думаю , что можно на ресепшен попросить большое. Но опять - это на любителя. В целом , отель шикарный , обслуживание на высоте, 5+! Советуем.

Arrived late (wee hours) due to my flight and upon arriving in the hotel, was met by a very rude security who does not allow our cab to alight us beside the hotel but rather a distance. Found out that the security does not work for the hotel. Upon check in, the staff was rather impatient as it was the wee hours but they did service recovery very quickly. Very clean rooms and staff was exceptionally friendly helping with the navigation, especially Wison, who was so patient.

The hotel was in a great location. It’s right beside the Muslim quarter so there’s so much street food. There’s also food chains like McDonald’s and kfc and Starbucks near by. The Great Mosque is only 5 minute walk and so is the drum and bell tower. The room was nice and clean and had the basics. The only negative was the AC was not great. It doesn’t cool the room but this is probably due to central air conditioning being controlled by the hotel which is common with most places in China. The staff were nice even though they had limited English. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you want easy access to the different tourists attractions!

I think this hotel is the most convenient choice of all hotels in Xi'An. It's right in front of the Bell Towers, and walking distance to so many tourist spots, even situated right in front of metro exit. It's easy to call a cab here. The breakfast didn't have much choice, but if you're in a mood for other types of food, you can just go outside and find so many nearby restaurants. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel so much despite the hotel is old and that the window doesn't have view of the bell tower.

I came in at the first hotel next to the parking lot and walked to the south gate. Thinking it was very convenient. As soon as I entered the lobby A handsome little brother received me. He poured me water and drinks warmly. He helped me choose the room. The room was very clean after I went upstairs. The bathroom was separated from wet and dry. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. The outside was very hot. The room was very clean. The air conditioner is very cool. Lying on the bed is very comfortable to rest for a while. In the afternoon in the Muslim Street next to the Bell Tower. Drum Tower to play. There are many local specialties. It is a paradise for food. Especially the meat in the Muslim Street. Jiamo is so delicious. In the evening, take the subway in front of the hotel and go to Datang Everbright City to watch a free performance. The night view is very beautiful. I took exit 9 or 1, but unfortunately the escalator of the road was off, hence made me difficult to find the hotel with some luggages. Staff is friendly and helpful eventhough they have some limitation in english speaking but they were trying to help us. Hotel name in didi app called as Feiman hotel. Suggest the hotel add english name (Feiman) on the hotel building instead of only Chinese character name.

The hotel was in a great location. It’s right beside the Muslim quarter so there’s so much street food. There’s also food chains like McDonald’s and kfc and Starbucks near by. The Great Mosque is only 5 minute walk and so is the drum and bell tower. The room was nice and clean and had the basics. The only negative was the AC was not great. It doesn’t cool the room but this is probably due to central air conditioning being controlled by the hotel which is common with most places in China. The staff were nice even though they had limited English. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you want easy access to the different tourists attractions!

The experience was fantastic with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean with reasonable amenities, adequate and clean shower and toilet. Lots of hanfu photo-taking happening around the garden in the evening. About 10 - 15min walk from the nearest metro, and a few bus stops (1 - 5min walk) around. Walking distance to attraction venues, restaurants, and a mall. Staff will try to answer any questions about the area and travel tips, and even helped me book a Chinese tuina (massage) nearby at a discounted rate. I went for a hanfu photoshoot and soft copies were sent to me using China's Baidu cloud but I could not download it (Baidu account not available for foreign numbers). The staff went out of their way to download them and sent to my email. However, it's important to know how to speak Chinese (or Google translate) as they are primarily Chinese speaking staff that have little English knowledge.
