The hotel is very nice and new. The last homestay was too bad, so I escaped here. Although it is far from the scenic spot, it is comfortable to live. The hotel provides breakfast. Although the breakfast is a bit simple, it is free and acceptable. Except for the mattress in the big bed room, everything else is fine. In addition, Ctrip provided a room type upgrade service when booking a room. The hotel also confirmed it on the platform, but when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk refused the room type upgrade on the grounds that I could not see the content of Ctrip’s upgraded room type on the computer. If the hotel does not have this service, it is best to take the initiative to communicate with Ctrip and remove the upgrade option. To be honest, this approach has a poor customer experience.

I was so angry. As soon as I left the hotel, people kept coming into my room. The aunties didn't care if there was anyone there or not and kept swiping their cards to enter my room. This time I even marked it. How do I know what they are doing in my room!!! I have already said that the room does not need to be cleaned, so if they are not here to clean, what are they doing here? Are they secretly installing surveillance cameras? Who can tell for sure? I took a picture of the items on the table. The kettle was moved. Did they come in to help me cover the kettle? The hotel phone was moved. I am speechless. This is the first time I have come across a hotel like this. There are big problems with the hotel management.

酒店離嵩嶼碼頭很近，很方便去周邊遊玩。酒店環境舒適，設施齊全，衞生保持得很好，酒服務很好，前台很有禮貌。定的大床房沒有窗户，這邊免費升級成海景大慶，海景很好看，早上起來就可以看見海，而且離海也近，酒店門前的停車場寬大且免費，停車安全方便，總之，來住這個酒店是很對的選擇。

酒店在海滄區，相比島內的人熙熙攘攘，這裏更舒適，酒店周邊都非常安靜。訂的大床房前台給升級了房型，房間很舒服，超級治癒。早餐是自助的，就是趕上飯點人有點多。床很舒服，睡的很踏實；酒店通風很好，房間也不潮。離嵩鼓碼頭很近，走路直接去碼頭，碼頭到鼓浪嶼十分鐘，很方便了。或者是直接到第一碼頭離八市和中山路都很近。酒店性價比非常高，nice

出差到過很多城市，這家酒店的性價比很高！外觀雖然看似有些年歲，進酒店前台小妹的熱情，房間的衞生做的乾淨！這個價錢在廈門海滄可以住到如家感覺的酒店！值得又划算！下次來還是會選擇這家酒店的

房間有個陽台，很好，乾淨衞生，價格相對於周邊算是性價比很高了，前台可樂美女還給我們升級了房型，服務點贊，一樓有個海鮮餐廳，味道不錯，價格也不貴，下次有機會再來住格美酒店
