The battery car must arrive within 2 minutes after each call, and the garden is large and there are many activities, so it is quiet everywhere. Let's talk about the service. I think it is absolutely worthy of the first place among the many domestic and foreign hotels I have stayed in! Everything is implemented in detail and executed quickly! For example, the hotel has arranged a battery car to explain the sightseeing mountain villa botanical garden area. At 7:30 in the morning, I asked the hotel if they could take us for a walk. The hotel said that the appoin**ent was full today, but it didn't matter. They would help me contact the housekeeper to solve it. Within 5 minutes, the housekeeper Luo Xue called to say that they had arranged a vehicle. She personally drove the battery car to take us to explain. This was 7:30 in the morning! She waited for us to check in and take photos several times on the way. Her gentle and careful explanation made us feel happy. We played for an hour after a round. I really appreciate her patience and company. Let's talk about eating. Shuiyuan guests can have breakfast at Shuiyuan Villa Cafe. It was really quiet during the May Day holiday! The hotel also launched a special breakfast. The egg set I chose (see picture) was very delicious. Then Shuiyuan guests can also enjoy happy hour afternoon tea. Because I arrived at the hotel too late on the first day and missed the afternoon tea, the housekeeper Luo Xue directly helped me upgrade to dinner, which was more sumptuous. The restaurant is on the 6th floor, and there is a terrace where you can see the sea. It was such a surprise when I arrived! However, the more pleasant surprises are still to come… Since the lamb chops had just been served, my friend didn’t know that when he lifted the lid, the hot steam scalded his hand. Miss Qiuping, who was nearby, immediately came over to comfort him and provided a series of help, such as whether ice compress was needed. Then she helped to serve the lamb chops and sent them to the seat. Then she notified the manager Jiang Yixiang, who soon appeared and asked about the situation with concern, and proposed some preferential trea**ent and compensation in a gentle manner. After the meal, I received a message of condolence from the housekeeper Luo Xue, which was instructed by the manager, and then I immediately received a tube of burn oin**ent. The hotel has a small door that leads directly to the beach, which is very convenient for going out. There is a buffet for rest in the afternoon, and the buffet in the evening tastes really good. The overall experience is very good. During the stay, you can contact the needs at any time. The battery car driver is also very polite and kindly introduces the hotel. The room was directly connected to the swimming pool, which was very friendly to the baby. As soon as we entered the room, we couldn't wait to play in the water. The villa is very large and the environment is good. It is suitable for the elderly to take a walk in the morning and evening. The lobby manager Xiao Luo and Xiao Lei are very nice. They respond quickly and promptly to any needs (such as taking a dehumidifier, a disposable bathtub cover, a children's fence, helping to pick up express delivery, etc.). The next night before going to bed, we found that there was a sound of water leakage that affected our sleep. After communicating with them, we were quickly taken to the opposite room to ensure that our sleep was not affected. We also took the initiative to upgrade our room type for free in the next few days. The hotel's scenery, geographical location, hardware facilities, and parent-child activities are of course very good, but they are also inseparable from the caring service of the staff. I am very satisfied and it is a hotel worth staying in.

The hotel is also in a good location, occupying a large area, and the surrounding environment is also very quiet. There is a pedestrian tunnel outside the hotel, which can cross the street to the beach, which should belong to Huangcuo Beach. We stayed during the May Day holiday, and there were relatively few people on the beach, and it was also very clean. If you want to play in the hotel's outdoor swimming pool, you can also go to the Seaview Hotel to use the indoor swimming pool. 🈶 Electric cars help connect the Water Garden Villa area and the Seaview Hotel. Breakfast is eaten in the cafe of the Water Garden Villa. There are not many people, and the dining environment and quality are also very good. During our stay, there was a butler WeChat service throughout the whole process. At that time, it was Xiao Cheng who received us, and we responded to any requests in a timely manner. The snacks and drinks at the room bar are free, and you can ask the butler to replenish them at any time after eating. Generally speaking, Seaview Resort is very suitable for family travel.
