Everything is fantastic, but i was missing a swimming pool. The staff is super nice and helpful. I just think this hotel is overpriced, but that happens everywhere in Xiapu, i believe

已第二次入住了，老闆大氣提供了免費升級，房間很大住的很舒服。入住時管家很貼心地送來了歡迎水果和點心，離開時還送了一袋大米，這一波操作屬實太好客了，暑假還去玩水。

第一，雖然叫海悦，但是衹是蹭名字，跟建發集團無關。剛住完廈門海悦山莊看了一眼以為同集團，上當了。
第二，空調根本不制熱，我住的還是春節後半段，晚上温度夠低，冷。我確定我調到頂了也不制熱，模式也沒錯，是省錢根本沒開外機吧。
第三，早餐對標快捷酒店。
第四，智能馬桶不給遙控，你還裝什麼智能馬桶…
優點也是有的但不多，衞生情況好的。
建議有這個預算的直接去假日holiday inn酒店就完事了…我就是看了一眼海悦和假日，腦子裡自然以為海悦五星假日四星就隨手定了…

這次春節帶家人從寧波來福建自駕遊。霞浦作為第一晚歇腳的地方，選擇了海悦大酒店，總體家人都挺滿意。這家酒店應該算霞浦最好的之一，排前三肯定沒有問題。
先説不滿意的地方---服務意識差。
1.開車到酒店後，保安看到我們車進來後，並沒有上前指引，也沒有任何人幫我們拿行李。找酒店大堂，全靠自己。
2.1.19日到酒店，差不多快晚上7點，前台就一位員工，辦理入住很快，但工作人員感覺冷淡，沒有一絲微笑。不像是五星級酒店該有的樣子。
滿意的地方：
1.酒店離高速口比較近，離商場方圓薈也挺近，可以步行到達。餐飲問題可以解決（臨近春節，很多店鋪都關門了）
2.酒店的設施都比較新，床舒服，衞生很好，我用手摸過浴缸，真的是乾乾淨淨，衞生條件是大多數顧客最關切的地方。裝潢各方面也不錯。
3.早餐是自助餐，食品飲料都齊全，較豐富，可以滿足絕大多數人的需求。
4.我住的房間靠近赤岸大道，關上窗户，隔音效果不錯，可以安靜入睡。
霞浦是一個小縣城，如果對居住品質有一定要求，海悦大酒店是個不錯的選擇。

房間超級滿意，來旅遊首選酒店，環境好，房間乾淨整潔舒適，一樓還有個休閑區忘記拍照了，可以坐在那曬曬太陽喝喝東西，愜意，在酒店用餐，量很大，味道不錯，小海鮮特色，都很新鮮，還有廣式茶點看評論都説不錯去試了試，很好吃😋還想吃！客房服務員也很熱情，態度很好，我很滿意，下次有機會還來

酒店距離動車站很近有直達的公交班線，前台工作人員很熱情講解推薦當地旅遊景點，房間衞生很乾凈，能馬桶，浴缸，最值得點讚的是酒店有一個挺大的露天庭院，假山流水錦鯉池中游，坐在亭中享受午後懶懶陽光十分愜意
