房間一般，不隔音，尤其是服務特比特別差，本人經常出差住各個酒店便宜的貴的，我都沒見過服務這麼差的， 退房時讓我加微信發發票抬頭。發過去以後沒回音了，等到我中午1點多打電掛過去告訴我發票到晚上7八點經理來了後開。 下午7點22聯繫服務人員告訴我説中午告訴我的是八點後。本人聽到的就是七八點經理交接班。沒有明確到八點後。服務態度非常差，我明明是在説酒店沒有明確告訴我八點後，結果服務員還説我沒有好好溝通。
服務：不是一般的差
設施：一次性拖鞋也沒有

衞生好差勁，牆角桌子下面那麼長的蜘蛛網。地板上好多臟東西，打掃的一點也不乾淨。馬桶旁邊窗簾遮擋那裡有別人用過扔的紙，清理時候太馬虎了。淋浴放洗漱用品的籃子裏有別人用過的牙刷，清潔時候沒被發現。這些都是客房打掃衞生不認真存在的漏洞！衞生間本來就很小，玻璃門還是往裡開的，什麼腦回路的人設計的！322房間

2024年3月19號入住，19號接待的前台還可以。2024年3月20號退房，一早7點45分左右，要求前台開一張發票，前台側身左手肘撐桌面，手掌託下巴，右手手裡有手機，正在看手機，説了開發票之後，身體沒動，衹抬了抬眼皮，從鼻子裏哼了一聲，又把眼皮放下，繼續看手機，不知道啥意思。8點10分左右，又來到前台要求開發票，被告知不能開，態度還是冰冷。住了這麼多賓館，這是第一次遇到態度是這樣的前台，很疑惑不知道是不是家裡有事心情不好還是一大早身體不舒服，就好像有人欠她錢。總之，此家賓館嚴重不推薦入住。
