I landed at Xinzheng Airport more than one o'clock in the morning, and it was still very inconvenient to take a taxi in the middle of the night, because it was less than five kilometers away, and the taxi did not go. I made an appointment three times and the fare increase finally resulted in a car. The whole process is like this, it's very tiring. In fact, I just need a pick-up, and I don’t need 50 yuan. 這家酒店的服務超級好，在下飛機和酒店聯繫接機，他們非常快就到機場，前台的小姐姐服務熱情，房間乾淨整潔，住着比較舒服，第二天有前台電話通知送機，感覺比較好，值得推薦。

當天到鄭州晚上11點左右，酒店來接，入住訊息全部辦好。告訴我們管道壞了沒有熱水不能洗澡，我們拖着行李帶着長者孩子，那麼熱的天。你為啥接機的時候不告知，到酒店沒辦理入住的時候不告知。想着本來就是機票送的住宿，也無所謂了，就沒有入住。我們自己又找了別的酒店。折騰到1點多。具體房間什麼環境也不清楚。

酒店服務人員貼心，設施齊全。房間比一般酒店房間大一些，床睡起來比較舒服。早餐豐盛，剛好有我喜歡的熱湯。還有免費的整點送機服務

酒店確實寬敞。乾淨整潔，但是位置來説有一點點遺憾，周邊飯館少吃飯要到遠一點的地方，商業比較冷清。但是距離機場確實合適。然後有車接車送。

酒店服務真的很棒，免費接送機場，前台服務體貼周到，房間寬敞明亮，下次出差還來這裏，👍👍👍👍

房間乾淨整潔，前台和客房工作人員態度非常不錯，停車也非常方便，早餐非常美味，下次還會繼續選擇。
