入住第一天上一位入住客人洗漱用品忘帶走了，前台打電話問我東西在不在房間了，一會兒來拿，十多分鐘後突然有人從外面刷卡開門進來了，門我從裏面鎖了的，但是一刷卡就開了，而且已經打電話問我了，還和前面這位客人説房間沒有開，直接拿卡給人家自己刷就來
