裝修還行，上3樓不方便，帶着重的行李要上半節樓梯再上電梯，出電梯又有幾步樓梯才能到平層，。空調聲音晚上睡覺有點吵。 電視看不了，沒有男士刮鬍刀。 一般吧

去應縣木塔旅遊後當天入住這個酒店，房間的衞生一般，去了酒店的時間大約下午六七點，我們預訂的房間還未打掃出來。酒店有免費的自助早餐，早餐的品種還比較多，可以滿足客户的需求。早晨七點到服務枱退房，服務枱的工作人員正在休息，叫起來後感覺人家不高興，好像打擾到人家的休息了，有點不耐煩。收了房卡説知道了，過了半個多小時又過來問什麼時間可以把我們的按金退了，工作人員才説等查房阿姨上班後查了房才可以退按金。體驗感不是特別好。
