來宜興丁山看紫砂壺，住在柏曼感覺物超所值，房間乾淨整潔，前台小姐姐熱情周到，儘量滿足提出的要求，讓人感到賓至如歸。隔壁是青龍山公園、陶瓷博物館，逛逛也很方便。睡得也很舒服，很不錯，以後來丁蜀還會來這裏住。

房間設施都挺乾淨的，前台小姐姐也很好，但看到和老公一起，默默地給了我吸煙房，這個味道真的。。。也是醉了！好在就一晚，逃離去無錫了～所以，要無煙房的房間，請一定給前台説。

住過這家酒店很多次了，一開始的感受還是挺好的，床品也很舒服，洗手間安排也很合理。但是體驗過好幾個房間之後，發現還是有點失望的。首先，有一次在前台加價升級了房型，卻安排了靠馬路的房間，當晚被吵的根本睡不好覺，難道我們升級房型是來聽噪音的嗎？
其次，前台排房真的有受過培訓嗎？開錯房型讓我下去重拿房卡，説了需要安靜的房間安排在電梯口邊上，後來也謹慎了，入住時都要説不要靠馬路，不要電梯邊上的才勉強可以安排好，安排好是指讓加錢升級換房型，來一個人説法還不一樣。一開始可能看我是平台定過來的，説我訂的標準大床，給我安排升個級，我上來一看手機才發現，升級的房型明明就是我預訂的房型，蠻無語，下樓又説免費升級，換了個經理吧過來又説加錢升級，那加就加唄。
另外，設施也有很多問題，花灑噴頭出水孔不對，馬桶圈脱落，等等。
最令我無語的是上次入住，大半夜機器人外賣送錯的房間，當時和男朋友已經睡著了，聽見門鈴響還好有我男朋友在，開門發現送過外賣之後我們也並沒有找前台投訴，衹是將外賣再放回機器人裏面回房間睡覺了，但是沒消停一會兒，前台上來敲門説機器人外賣送錯了，當時半夜十二點多了呀，我是真的無語了，作為酒店工作人員發現送錯房間之後難道第一時間不應該是看機器人裏面的外賣還在不在嗎？貿然敲門我真的第一次碰見😞😞

設施：對於這個地方來説算是很好的酒店了，設施也都齊全，電視可以投屏這一點很爽，也有很多免費的電影可以看。
衞生：阿姨每天都會打掃，而且很細緻很乾凈，也會和住客熱情的聊聊天。
環境：周邊吃東西的地方也很多，娛樂也有 但不多，叫外賣很方便，附近的花牆牛肉湯真的很好喝！
服務：前台小姐姐態度非常好，服務也很到位，需要什麼都東西都有提供，由於入住時間很晚，會打電話提醒。

非常滿意的一次住店體驗。我們很晚到的酒店，酒店貼心的為小朋友準備洗漱用品。入住的雙床房有摺疊沙發，給小孩子睡剛剛好，孩子很興奮，服務很熱心。附近很多店，處於鎮中心位置，附近覓食都很方便。價格也實惠的。

不是第一次來丁山選來選去，還是選擇這家2021裝修的酒店，一進大廳熱情的問候，愉快的辦理入住，房間敞亮乾淨，前台服務員也會熱情的介紹周邊遊玩和用餐地方，同比周邊的其它家酒店這一家的服務、衞生，都是性價比最高的！（∩˃o˂∩）♡（∩˃o˂∩）♡
