The environment of the hotel is excellent, and the service attitude is very enthusiastic, suitable for traveling with children during summer vacation. Great!

The service attitude is better than the last time I checked in, but the hygiene is really poor. The carpets and wardrobes in the room are all left behind by the guests and have not been cleaned up. It's really bad that hygiene must be strengthened!

洗髮水沐浴露二合一，一衹重複使用♻️
詳情：由於堵車我們凌晨辦理了入住，換洗好之後已經是凌晨3.30，辦理入住的時候前台給我兩張早餐券，並告知早餐時間是7-9點，對於南方人以及度假時間來説不是很友好！由於地方不熟，定的房間是含早的，早上我拿着票去跟10樓餐廳要求打包回房間吃，也告知了我們是半夜入住，孩子還沒醒，孩子的那一份早餐我付錢給她，領頭阿姨説：我們規定不可以打包，沒有袋子也沒有餐盒給你打包，並一下拿走了我兩張餐券，無奈我去看了下早餐你就是炒麪，炒飯，並無什麼高質量的，怕別人多吃嗎？再者網頁上何時告知不可以打包？我又不是白吃你的！體驗感超級差，想預訂的三思！

這是我住的非常好的酒店，不管哪個方面都是無可挑剔。衞生乾淨到每一個邊邊角角，床鋪也非常整潔，服務態度很好。設施齊全，周邊環境也是漂亮，碧水藍天，還可以看到大型的娛樂場所，來到這裏，心靈彷彿得到片刻安寧，就像到家的感覺。喜歡的親們趕緊去體驗一下吧，。

房間真的一團遭。開關什麼的都是壞的 衞生跟幾十塊一晚的招待所一樣。晚上後半夜找管理 沒人接電話 是我出行最差的一次體驗

前台接待有待提高，既然是星酒店級標準，不僅僅是因為酒店的硬件設施達到星級標準，尤為重要的是星級標註的服務，房間遙控器不靈敏，前台接待服務行為有些滯後，房間內沒有消費商品收取按金，前台冒失詢問平台預訂客單價等等……這些都是影響客户入住滿意率的標準，和隔壁的一個某度假酒店相比有待提升
