岳陽市的永發賓館真的挺好！位置就在火車站附近，地理位置優越，逛街、吃飯、趕車等都方便得很。賓館裏麪挺乾淨的，房間也寬敞，住着挺舒服，服務態度也挺好的，總的來説，永發賓館性價比挺高，住着挺滿意，下次來岳陽還會選這兒！

避雷！！！真的巨爛！與圖片完全不符，住過最爛的一個。找地方找了半天，跟平民窟一樣臟亂差。八十多塊錢不説住個很好的，起碼也要最基本的乾淨整潔吧。衞生真的很臟，就是很多地方起黴了啊洗漱台的地方也很小很臟，根本沒有搞乾淨，早上想洗個頭也是沒有熱水，房間還沒有吹風機……吹風機需要問前台拿，風小的該死😊……哦哦，還沒有毛巾。一次性梳子還不是一次性的，上面還有別人用過的污垢。晚上也很吵，隔音很差。住過體驗感最差的一次，以為跟圖片一樣的温馨，其實根本不是，很小很臟！不要以為那些洗衣機啊空調啊灶台啊那些能用，都衹是擺設，地方很小，什麼都不能用。那個床頭也都是灰

岳陽站出站口，過馬路，對面有個商業城。商業城大招牌正下方有樓梯。上樓梯，走不久，樓梯分為左右兩側。走右側樓梯，可看到該公寓的指示牌。找樓梯，走樓梯，上到頂層即可看到該公寓。入住時交100元按金領取房間鑰匙。
本人入住的經濟房實況如下圖所示。
床頭無插座。但洗衣機那裡有兩個插座。電視下方有兩個"兩孔"插位（但，一個 路由器用。另一個 可插手機充電器。）
窗户外側可晾衣服。但無晾衣桿。
衞生間沒有洗手枱。可用盆子接水後，蹲着洗臉，洗手，洗衣。
房間牆面，踢腳線，衞生間瓷磚似乎是新的。但做工很粗糙。

這家地理位置絕佳，趕火車很方便，過條馬路就到了，住着舒適，最主要性價比真的高，這個配置幾十塊錢，絕絕子，老闆娘很熱情，我住的特價房，空調是另外收費的，也不貴，手寫小卡片真的很暖心，字很好看，下次來還會選擇住這裏。

店主特別熱情周到，當時我的手機問題，連不上wifi，店主還幫我想辦法，最後還拿自己的手機熱點給我用，讓我能順利完成工作。這種服務態度真的太難得了，讓我特別感激。交通也挺方便，樓下的士，摩託車很多，岳陽燒烤比較出名，我也是慕名而來，味道真的不錯，房間裏設施齊全，冰箱，洗衣機，電視還有無線網絡一應俱全，房間也挺安靜的，隔音還可以，乾淨整潔，下次有機會，還會再來。

一下火車，過條馬路就到了，很近，就是沒有電梯，是步梯，房間也乾淨，性價比高，這個價格很適合我們學生黨，該有的設施也都有，也安靜，來這邊考試的，老闆娘知道我來這邊考試，給我加油，很暖心，挺好的。
