"When I saw the pictures of the hotel, I thought the room was large and the facilities were good. I booked a lake view room instead of a standard room. When I entered the room, I found that the structure of the room was similar to that of the All Seasons room, but the facilities were not as good as those of the All Seasons room. It was very simple and had very little countertop, making it difficult to even put things. The carpet was stained and hadn't been cleaned for a long time. There were stains on the pillows too. What I dislike most is this simple format of toilet and shower room. It is very inconvenient to go to the toilet. The most bizarre thing is the bedside sensor light. It is originally a good sensor facility, convenient for using for lighting at night, but it is too sensitive. When you stretch your hand slightly on the bed, the sensor light will light up, affecting your sleep. The hotel is located next to the wetland park and the surrounding environment is very good."

"A super healing stay experience! Full score recommendation  The hotel selected for this business trip completely exceeded expectations! From the beginning of the door, the front desk lady smiled very kindly and quickly helped me check in. I also reminded the delicious and fun nearby. The details are full and the room is very clean. The sheets and quilt cover have a faint fragrance. There is no common smell in the hotel. Outside the window is facing the road. But it is not noisy. Comfortable. The most pleasant surprise is that the bathroom is very good for dry and wet separation. Hot water is available in a few seconds. Toiletries are complete. Very safe to use. Mineral water is placed on the bedside and TV cabinet. It feels particularly warm in an instant. Just two minutes from the station. It is especially convenient to go to the business district. I will choose here next time I come to this city. Already recommended to friends and family. Service is particularly kind"

"For two consecutive days, the noise from the floor above started at 5:30 AM, right after dawn. I couldn't stand it anymore. I called several times, every 40 to 50 minutes, but the problem wasn't resolved. They kept saying they'd sent someone to check, but they never did. Then there was the loud music in the hallway, supposedly for a sound check. Does a sound check need to be that loud? And they kept trying for so long, even calling to no avail. They even knocked on my door during lunch break, asking if I wanted cleaning, even though there was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I feel like the service doesn't live up to the Vienna International name, and I won't be going there again."

There are many local snack and food shops within a 10-minute walk, which is very convenient. Facilities: The hotel was renovated almost a year ago, so the facilities are quite new, and the environment is nice. Service: The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
