服務人員挺熱情，但是設施太差了，浴室的門估計早就沒了，也不修。窗户的把手也不知道壞了多久了。室內有個空氣凈化器，都快不出風了，一看濾網都堵死了。380一天的房間就這個水平，實在太差了吧？真的應該整改一下了。否則肯定是一鎚子買賣。

酒店在三角花園附近，外觀簡歐設計，大氣簡潔時尚，前台人員主動熱情，美女眾多，客房面積不小，比其他酒店都要大，乾淨衞生，房間還送了酸奶水果，早餐品種很多，地方特色小吃都有：羊肉湯、菜煎餅、糊粥等，菜也好吃，在一樓大廳點了幾個菜，價格便宜，菜品口味好。

自駕遊途中來棗莊東歇息一晚，酒店基礎設施應該是按四五星標準定的，浴袍冰箱都有，對我來説比較重要的點是房間空氣清新，洗澡水很沖，很舒服。
早餐非常不錯，還有羊肉湯，冷天喝一碗很贊。晚午的菜我覺得賣的還算便宜，倆人吃了42
另外歡迎小食和客房服務也不錯，懶得出門就在酒店吃了。好評

1.洗手間水龍頭手柄上面都是油，浴室淋雨噴頭上一模也是油
2.入户門有很大的縫隙，隔音很不好
3.早上6點有人敲門，敲了好幾遍，吵醒了，問是誰，外面也沒動靜了，才聽到窗户外面是抽油煙機或者空調外機的聲音，嗡嗡的很響，然後就睡不着了，按照前台的説法，我訂的是最好的大床房了，窗外這設施也是很無語。
