A+ and 5 stars no questions asked. If I could move anywhere in the world it would be this hotel. The entire staff was like a family. Jaqueline was fantastic. She was extremely professional and friendly. She made this experience feel like no other. Sobi was also amazing. He picked us up and made the grass clean every day. His brother Attila was a gentlemen as well. Lukas was also great. He sold us on staying here I’ve the OMNI and other resorts. He was great. Marieke was outstanding and the staff was A++. The hotel was stunning. The view of the Matterhorn was of no other. We could see it from our balcony and bathtub. The attention to detail was incredible. My wife and I took mud baths in the spa. The spa was amazing. This place is special and made our time in Zermatt so special. Can’t wait to come back in winter!

We loved this hotel. We ended up on a train that arrived 1.5 hours earlier than expected and the kind person at the front desk was still able to accommodate us by picking us up earlier than expected at the train station. The train station is at one of town and this hotel is at the other end of town. There is a free public bus that loops the town where you can get on and off, but we honestly never needed it. It's about a 20 minute walk to the main area of town. The best part about the location of the hotel is that it is only about a 10 minute walk to the ski lift ticket office, the Matterhorn Glacier Express gondola lift and Dorsaz ski rentals and storage. If you rent skis at Dorsaz, overnight ski storage is free so you aren't hauling your skis back and forth to the hotel. If you don't rent at Dorsaz, there is small charge to store skis. The hotel spa is very nice. It was open from around 2pm-7pm each day. There are 2 saunas, a steam room, a whirlpool foot bath, a whirlpool and a relaxation room with a view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was delicious with eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cheeses, cereal and even fresh squeezed orange juice. Shampoo/Body wash is provided in each room as well as a hair dryer. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful and we would definitely return.

Li: The scenery is really very, very beautiful. To book a suite, you can see the Matterhorn. The room rate includes breakfast and dinner, and skiing at other times. Disadvantages: It takes a few more days. We couldn't see the scenery after the storm, and we only saw it on the last day. If you don’t have a ski ticket, you need to buy a train ticket to go up the mountain. Going out to go down the elevator twice, dragging luggage, exhausted.

I give 200 points to this hotel. It can definitely be Amway to everyone. This time I went to Europe and stayed at 5 hotels, but this one was quite satisfied. The main reason is that the design concept of environmental decoration is very good. There are hot springs open at 4-10 pm. I live in a room type looking at the Matterhorn. There is a fireplace in the room and you can order it yourself, with a bottle of champagne wine hahaha. The downside is that this hotel is a bit far from the train station, but the hotel has an electric car that picks up from the train station. I didn't know when I went there. He just dragged his luggage and walked up. Damn it. It was still the lumpy antique tiles on the uphill road. I fainted. After check-out, the hotel has a special car to deliver it. You can walk when you travel. You can take a taxi. 12 euros at a time seems to be. After the first trial of dragging luggage. I basically took a taxi later.

Clean comfortable room, balcony overlooking the Matterhorn, beautiful. A little disappointed because the hotel had to pick us up at the station and at the last moment told me to manage with a taxi (arrival taxi that the other hotels take care of but obviously not there) Breakfast good but not exceptional Impossible to take the dog down to the breakfast room. At 8 o'clock in the evening, the hotel closed, no reception. Staff not very friendly, except for the very efficient cleaners, but the boss we don't even talk about it, I think getting a smile from her is impossible. She sees us waiting for opinions and never comes near, is literally obnoxious! And it's a shame because the hotel is nice. Obviously the fact of being French poses a problem for her, because with the Swiss or Germans, she does not have the same behavior. Very disappointing. After the view, comfort for an acceptable price here
