房子位置很好，景觀特別棒，可惜我們住時候天氣不好，天氣好時候一定更美～去各個景點和美食點都很方便，打車十多塊～最棒的是有兩個衞生間，一樓有一個卧室一個衞生間，特別適合有長者的家庭行～床品也很乾凈，退房時候遇到打掃衞生的阿姨，可熱情的説拜拜，心情好怪不得做的衞生也好～總之很推薦！

環境：整體房間還挺新的，就是雙層複式公寓，海景不錯，性價比很高
服務：沒有前台入住租找客服提供指引和密碼，有問題也是微信聯繫，響應不會太快，有緊急事情聯繫直接打商家電話
衞生：洗手間2個，淋浴間衹有一個，多人入住需安排洗澡時間

房間很大，提前到了管家特別好的幫我們辦理提前入住，房間景色特別好，可以看到海和沙灘浴場。離金沙灣沙灘浴場、赤坎老街都不遠。晚上有蚊子管家還特地送了驅蚊液過來，挺好的入住體驗，有機會再來。

房間內的設施和描述一致，位置很好，樓下就是金沙灣，視野無敵。吃東西也不遠，萬達、麗悦都不到2km。房間內還有全自動洗衣機，住兩天以上很適合。三個房間，帶長者、小孩大點的再適合不過。樓上還有機麻，一家人可以娛樂放鬆一下，總體來説，愉快的旅程。

驚喜！！！住的三人房！很乾凈整潔，看了好多金沙灣附近的酒店，評論太多都是不乾淨，身體原因不能住帶地毯、裝修陳舊的酒店，這個公寓位置很好，交通方便，很好找也好溝通，樓上樓下三間房，性價比之王，最好的是樓下還有一間父母住剛好，不用爬樓梯，景觀好，晴天應該會很美！

這是套房，裏面竟然有一廳三房！無敵海景房沒錯了，地理位置好，容易找，在線辦理入住，沒有那麼多囉裏囉嗦的地方，總體很滿意！

公寓在金沙灣，出行方便，坐公交車，打車都很方便。緊臨紅嘴鷗遊輪碼頭，沿着觀海大道跑步，散步令人愜意。老闆人很好，善解人意，房間乾淨舒適。樓層高，遠眺海景，看日落。都是最好的角度。

第一次住複式，感覺很棒，床很大，睡得很舒服，可以看到海景，衹可惜這次天公不作美，不然應該可以看到日出和夕陽，房東人也很好，有求必應，一開始的房間投影儀有問題，開不了，房東馬上給我們換了一間，打掃的阿姨也很好，看我們拉了充電線，立馬給我們送過來。民宿到市區各景點也挺近的，下次來湛江，還會選這家，性價比超高。
