📍位置交通：交通便利，出門就是公交站，打車也方便 🍃服務：前台很耐心，熱心 🏠房間設施：整體體驗感不錯。房間不會很悶，也不會很吵，隔音還是不錯的，就是空調味道有點大，開一會兒就好了 最大亮點：出門就是觀海長廊，江風海韻，早起看日出，在沿江路上跑步都是無比享受的風景，非常舒適。樓下還有很多當地的美食，比如生蠔，雞煲。還有一家茶室。治癒，閑適，沒有大城市的喧囂。

隔音特別差 而且窗户對面就是桌球場 半夜2點半還可以等到打桌球的聲音 沒有什麼私隱可言 房間也沒防盜扣 鎖不好 不安全 ⚠️ 而且也不是海景房 根本看不到海 對面衹有不三不四的桌子場 慎點

隔音真不行，每天住宿的人也是大晚上吵吵鬧鬧的，一點也不注意，這個和公寓無關，純屬個人素質
衞生咋説呢，我在門上掛了勿打擾牌子，水不加了，垃圾也不扔了
非中央空調，小空調功率低還是怎麼的，洗的襪子和小件衣服三天感覺還是有點潤潤的，幹不了，洗了件針織衫幹不了都臭了，後面用吹風機處理的
地理位置沒得説，出來就是海上城市觀海長廊，近距離欣賞美景，還可以挖沙，旁邊就是海鮮燒烤，晚上也有小吃夜市
距離榮基廣場也很近，裏面有超市，購物飲食也方便
這次去了好幾天，除了帶臟衣服離開以外，整個行程都是非常開心的，風景好吃的也喜歡
海鮮一定要多吃點

我住的A20房間，窗户打不開，不透風。廁所垃圾桶裏麪的紙巾沒有清理好，上一位住客用的毛巾還掛在牆上，讓前台小姐姐拿了一張新的毛巾上來，那張別人用過了也沒有拿下去。床上的枕頭又高又硬，廁所門口的兩個鏡子是相對的，半夜起來上廁所屬實把自己嚇到了。

位於市區，各種餐館商店都有，生活方便。燒烤生蠔是主打。馬路對面就是觀海長廊，海灣對面就是十里軍港。沙灘有漁民快艇拉客，比紅嘴鷗的便宜很多，愛看軍艦的可以考慮。酒店在商業寫字樓二樓。外賣員都是直接送到房間裏。遺憾的是陽台外邊是椰樹，擋住了海灣風景。不過吹着海風在陽台上喝着啤酒唱着歌還是很愉快的。同時定了內窗的雙床房，窗户有天井通風，並不悶氣。滿意，性價比很高。

一年在攜程消費幾萬元，沒有一個酒店讓我願意花時間來嚴重差評！！
1.完全和圖片環境描述不符，根本不是面海，在海對面，你房間不可能看到海，一座舊樓改造！
2.衞生環境可以説和垃圾堆一樣，廁所發臭，第一二晚有蟑螂，因為有孩子，怕嚇到了，直接打了算了，忍了不出聲！第三晚更恐怖，直接送你新春米奇大老鼠過大年節目！看圖片吧，毛骨悚然！！堪比**！
3.沒有隔音，隔壁房間説任何話都一清二楚！
4.淋浴房玻璃鬆動，差點沒有壓**！
5.提出換房後，交涉房費問題，因為當時我們的房費800一晚上，他們當天掛牌房費才600多，我給高價還要和老鼠同住？？？
老闆大方，説送我一個15元的早餐，比我的泡麪還便宜！我真的會謝！
還有數之不盡的恐怖之處！！服務態度差，除了會推脱責任，不會處理問題！！！千萬避雷！！避雷！！不要訂！！！
