Hotel was great. Unhappy that I was not able to shorten my stay by one night so that I could get to Guangzhou for the early flight I'd already booked. I'd already stayed 6 nights. I'd guess that this would not have been a problem if I'd booked directly with the hotel. Such lack of flexibility will lead me to review my November one month booking through Trip.com

The hotel located on the river bank, some rooms have beautiful view.
Walking distance to shopping mall and night market.
Friendly front desk staffs.
It is an old hotel, the vegetarian breakfast must try.

下午1點多入住，丟下行李就出門了，晚上約11點多回房間，發現冷氣噪音，而且不製冷，折騰約30分鐘，前台才給換房，沒想到洗手間更小，想着太晚了，先將就一晚算了。
23:30左右洗臉發現洗手盆不但下水慢，洗臉還往外濺水，衣服和旁邊的馬桶都弄濕了。壓住怒火，想開個電視聽聽新聞分散一下注意力，沒想到遙控器居然沒反應，致電前台他有道歉，並説馬上讓服務員來調，我就實在不忍再罵人。服務員到房間不會調電視，搞了20多分鐘，才勉強找到我想要的新聞台，這時已接近12點了。
好不容易洗上澡，放毛巾的置物架放在淋浴間裏面，洗完發現浴巾毛巾都濕了，披了條濕答答的浴巾出來，又驚愕的發現淋浴水漏到門口了，小心翼翼的出來，衹能拿浴袍把地下的水吸幹。凌晨1點多好不容易躺床上，2隻蚊子輪流攻擊我，這會已完全沒法壓制心中怒火，打到前台想罵人，他也有道歉，讓服務員處理，但被告知，要投訴明天找經理。服務員阿姨一臉無辜的到房間給我送蚊香液，我抱怨淋浴間漏水，這個阿姨很實在“這間房洗手間漏水已經好久了……”我被雷到了……好好好，這酒店就這麼對待客人是吧？明知是壞房還開給我住，折騰到凌晨2點還沒得睡，次日借了燙衣板熨斗想燙衣服，發現接到哪個插座線都不太夠長，這衣服燙得好辛苦。如此可憐的客人，全程都沒管理層解決問題。
浴袍比家裡的抹地布還破，洗手枱迷你到放不下任何東西，衹能放在地上……
這是最悲慘的住店體驗，旅館都比這家酒店好，簡直是花錢買罪受，平台該譴令酒店全額退款。

有點失望！酒店早餐是素食！沒有一般的雞蛋牛奶肉類等！雖然據説素食挺健康。不過不是一般旅客所盼望的！還有最好攜程能夠備註是素食早餐！免得住客誤會！還有早餐麪的清湯特別鹹！反而影響健康！晚上以往的江邊燈光現在沒有看到了！有點漆黑了！外賣直接送到房門，沒有機器人！
